  Ally's POV   I can feel Elliot's fury before he even enters the room, like a storm rolling in from the horizon.   "Can you believe it?" His voice is a low growl, his words laced with venom. "They trust him implicitly, as if he's some saint draped in royal robes." He paces back and forth in front of the grand fireplace, his boots thudding against the ornate rug.   I watch him, my heart sinking. Dawn stirs within me, equally unsettled by the blind faith people have in Nathan. There's a darkness lurking beneath his brother's golden exterior, one that I know all too well. "Elliot," I start, reaching out to touch his arm, but he pulls away, too consumed by his own emotions.   "Ally, they don't see it. They refuse to see the monster that wears the crown."
