The room fell silent.
"It seems we don"t," Steve admitted. "I think you"d have to be a member of an experienced occult group to find the answer to that. You agree, Ray?"
"I do," Ray replied solemnly. "Groups can generate a fair amount of energy. Think of a group of football supporters. Or a rock concert audience. What could trained adepts do with that kind of energy? And then there"s the witches" traditional cone of power. It was supposed to have been raised to stop the Spanish armada and also to prevent Hitler"s invasion, wasn"t it? Even if that"s folklore, the potential is huge."
The room went quiet again as they pondered Ray"s comments.
