The Mister said I should deliver this letter to you, Guirri said while handing over the letter to a short fat man. What’s your name kid? The Mr. Asked. My name is not important Guirri replied. The short man snaps his fingers, three thugs comes out from the building. You have a wild attitude, you need taming, he spoke softly into Guirri’s ears and smiles. “I only did what the Mister asked me to do. He said no emotions, don’t give your personal information to no one” she said.

The Fat short man brought out a small dagger from his back pocket, used it on his wrist, blood gushes out but as Guirri looked it seems he felt no pain, then after some seconds the wound heals itself. The place that was cut with a dagger is totally healed.

This puts fear in Guirri because she has never seen anything of such before. The Short Fat man who she delivered the letter to is called Mr. Brandoff. He is one of the most feared vampires in salt city. He is not just a vampire but also a d**g dealer, he cells drugs to humans. According to him, he went into d**g dealing because he hated humans. He only wanted to destroy humans because he believes they are too gullible to live with the vamps, werewolves and Witches. Guirri turns her head to see the huge man standing at her back, he was dark and very tall, she says “Mister I don’t want no trouble, I only came to deliver your letter”. Your face looks familiar, that’s why I can’t let you go, he said. “Okay. What do you want me to do? She asked. Don’t worry I’ll show you as he speaks, he put a dagger through her chest as she bleeds to death. Guirri falls down helplessly. Mr. Brandoff and the other vamps walks away. One of the men asked Mr. Brandoff “why kill her?” Oh she’s not dead, she’s a vampire, he said. How did you know sir? The other vamp asked. “you fool can’t you smell her, that's why you let those werewolves get Jonny. Okay since both of you doubt me. Let’s go back now. They haven’t walked a mile away from where Guirri fell down, so they all walked back.

So, Guirri thought she’s dead but just when her heart should stop beating, she feels it beating fast, more and more, then she suddenly woke up gasping for air, the wound was healed. The four men, Mr. Brandoff and the other men walked to her and found her seating close to the balcony of the building. He says now you know who you are. Who I’m I ? She asked. We are vampires, Mr. Brandoff answered. I know vampires, I haven’t seen any before but I’ve heard of them. I didn’t believe they existed till today, and to think I am one. She said. “yes you are” he said, I smelled you when you came to deliver the letter so I decided to see for myself he added. “but how?” She asked. “Kid I don’t know why, and how you’re a vamp but you can ask Mr. Wong”, he said. “who is Mr. Wong?” she asked. The man who sent you to deliver this letter. He never picks someone he knows nothing about. Stand up kid, he stretched his hands to pull Guirri up”. “you shouldn’t have stabbed me, don’t you think putting a dagger through my chest was too extreme” she said. “kid that’s how we roll in the vamp world” he replied.

Excuse me Mr. Tristan, Lilly said as she runs to meet up with him. “Good day sir” she greets . “Good day to you too Lilly, How are you doing? I am fine Sir and you? I’m good as well, Mr. Tristan replied. Sir concerning what you taught in one of your classes about necromancy, you talked about Katherine, a lady who the Sorcerers believe will resurrect some day. “Yes I did” he answered. I went home and made research on it but couldn’t get nothing from the net. She said. My dear, you can’t get these information from the net. The Cardinals ordered those information to be wiped off the net, you’ll find nothing there, he said. How did you know all these things? She asked, and who are the Cardinals? That’s a long explanation. The only way you can know more is buy getting hard copies, read books most people call fiction, you can get some of those books from the Library. The books don’t talk about Katherine but it will tell you more about necromancy, and other practices, and creatures that exist in the dark. I recommend you read the “Order of lost souls, origin of witchcraft, The Gregal Theory, and Shape Shifting Humans. Where can I get all these books? She asked. “Origin of witchcraft but the others you can get from books stores in Elnor. I will give you the one I have but make sure you return it after you finish reading” he said. Reading through the Origin of Witchcraft Lilly discovers Witchcraft began in the early years of creation according to the book God created Lilith, a female version of Adam but Lilith disobeyed God by resisting submission to Adam so God thrust her away and created Eve. Lilly being angry because she has been cast away taught the children of Adam spells, portions, words of enchantments, secrets of herbs with the help of one called Azazel. Azazel is among the fallen angels whom God cast down from heaven, both formed a formidable league to destroy mankind. The books further explains there are two types of sorcerers, the ones born as sorcerers and the one taught sorcery. One is slave to the other, those taught sorcery serve the born sorcerers before they can be initiated into a coven which is head by born sorcerers. Lilith reincarnates every one thousand years through her lineage. The book also explains those born sorcerers are of the blood of Lilith.

As she was reading the book uncle Sam arrived home, he walks towards her room calling her “Lilly!” she hides the book and answers. He stood at the door to her room and says “how are you today?” I’m fine uncle, she answered. How was school? He asked. It was okay, she replied. So what are you up to ? He asked. Nothing much, I wanted to study but decided to take a nap first, she said. Have you eaten? Not yet, she answered. Okay, let me prepare something. Okay, but I’m not hungry, Lilly said this because she wants to finish the book so she can return it back to it’s owner. Okay. No problem, you’ll eat whenever you’re hungry? He asked. Sure, she affirms.

Immediately he left she brought the book out from where she hid it and continued reading, reading through the book has opened her eyes. She’s intrigued at the same time afraid, the information from the book becomes so scary it seems everything in the book is becoming real, the more she reads, the more she gets enlightened. She stopped reading when it got to the point of rituals. The topic rituals in the book details how witches, wizards carry out their rituals, the types of rituals and items used. Lilly couldn’t read further because her imagination of what she reads becomes real, she can feel it. The room was bright with lights everywhere but at a point, the lights went off, and it seems something came out from the wall. She screamed, uncle Sam ran into her room and immediately all the lights came back on, he stood besides her and saw the book “Origin of Witchcraft” uncle Sam is surprised. Where did you get this book? He asked but at this point Lilly couldn’t answer. She wasn’t there, she wasn’t listening, suddenly her eyes all became white, her hands straightened, and all her hidden veins became prone. Samuel ran into his room, opened a locker besides his bed and brought out a rosary. The rosary is used by the Perches to drive away evil spirits. They mostly use it on sorcerers and Werewolves due to it’s silvery pendant. He took the rosary and ran back into Lilly's room, he then put it round her neck and immediately everything went back to normal and she fell asleep.

Samuel is wondering how Lilly got the book, the book is out of stock and it’s something that’s hard to come by, he concluded that a witch must have given her the book. He left quietly with the book and moved into his room. He opened the book if he could find answers. He checked the preliminary pages and saw it is written “To those who die young” He once read that vampires call humans “Those who die young” but how’s this related to witchcraft. He checked the back page, and found a signature and a name MS Tristan. He closed the book and resolved to ask Lilly who Tristan is. He believes with that he can know who gave her the book.
