What will happen to our stuff that will be left behind? " Serene asked while preparing all the utensils. “Well, obviously it will be go to someone who bought this house and lot or worse if they are picky they will disposed it. It is good as nothing.” Dina replied. Dina was sad but she can’t show it to her children. In this time she need to be strong to be able to pick the right path. She have no choice people are threatening their lives and she do not know what to do if something will happen to her beloved children. She wanted to cry and just gave up. She is so tired of all of this but she can’t because she is a mother of four children. If only Colarado listen to her this will never happen. She can’t understand why she married someone who has too much love for money. Now everything they have will be gone and all of the stuff where she put hard works just to buy it is now nothing but what she feel regret the most is their house and lot that was sold by her husband Colorado. It was a bequest from her parents. Starting Monday she has to pay rent and it is not supposed to be like that. *BLAG* Dina and Serene was startled when they heard a loud bang from their roof. It was as if something massive had fallen from the sky. "Wait, what was that?" Dina approaches Colorado, who has a grimace on his face now. “Those bastards again are throwing a stone in our house to scare us. Do not worry I will go to our local government to report it! " Colorado said he is referring to their creditors Dina just sighed. She knows nothing will happen even they report it to their local government just like the other day. They reported that some armed men are winding in front of their house at night but instead of getting help from the office they just got stressed. Those officials ignored they request to investigate. “Colorado just call the police those barangay officials can’t help us!“ Dina insisted “I already did!” Simon her oldest son said. “Good! "Dina stated. "However, they are out of reach," Simon added. When Dina heard Simon say, "How can the police telephone be busy when people need help?" her mind spun. Colarado remarked, reaching for his shotgun from the cabinet, "I'm going outdoors." “Are you crazy Colarado? Are you going to shoot each other outside? Do you how many men are there? What if they shot you first! ” Dina said in a hysterical voice. "Take it easy, Dina. Colarado patted her back and added, "I'm just going to talk with them." “TALK?! Are you certain they've come to talk? They won't do such things if they wish to talk to us. Those individuals are obnoxious. Is there anyone who, in their right mind, would throw a stone at someone's house just to talk? NOBODY! " Dina said, her voice booming. Colorado fixed his gaze on his children. “Mom was right Dad. We can’t just go outside. Who knows what those people will do,” Simon speculated. Serene, Sienna, and Shawn are all quietly sitting on the floor. They are all terrified. Serene hugs Pica who continuously barking. “Okay let just eat and never mind them,” Colorado said and goes to the table. They started to eat and no one is talking. All they know is their heart are beating too fast “Ah, I’m just curious mom and dad. Where are we going when we moved out? ” Simon was the one who broke the silence. "We're moving to the city," Colorado replied, "and we'll start a new life there." “But how about the debts? And what about those loan sharks? I'm sure they'll track us down wherever we go,” Simon asked. “Of course that is unavoidable but it will be difficult for them to find us. The metropolitan area of Manila is densely inhabited. There are so many people living there. It will stall us time until we already save the needed money to pay them,” Colorado responded once more. “Even you work all of your life you can’t pay them Colorado and even your life is not enough to pay them,” Dina said. “Dina, why are you being so harsh? There's no need to be pessimistic. Just have faith in me, okay?" Colorado was disappointed to hear that from his wife. "Someday we can finally free from this debt." "One last thing, keep in mind that a life is priceless, and even the richest man on the planet cannot buy it," he added. “When we moved out, I'm going to apply for a job !“ Simon declared. “Uhm... Are we going to quit studying?” Sienna asked. “No! The three of you won’t stop studying. I will sell my soul just to assure you that all of you are going to finish your studies!” Colorado stated confidently. "Then you should sell your soul to pay off all your debts," Dina remarked icily. Colorado is trying his best to be patient. “Do not add fire to the flames. You are destroying me instead of helping me to stand again! " Colorado said “You are not the only one who fall Colorado; you brought us along with you!" Dina exclaimed, emphasizing the final line. “Oh, please. Put an end to the brawl. We're eating, and there's no one else we can trust except each other. We are family,” Simon said and shook his head. "I'm not sure what your mother's problem is!" Colorado expressed his thoughts. "It's because of you," Dina stated flatly. She is well aware that Colorado may erupt in wrath at any moment, but she is unconcerned since the hatred she has harbored for a long time is slowly erupting. She is well aware that everything she has said has been hurtful, yet no one can blame her. She is also in pain. “Dina," Colorado called his wife with a warning on the tone of his voice. Then he release a long deep sigh “I’m sorry that we had to suffer this damage because of me but I promised that I will fix all of this!” Colorado said. “I’m done,” he added and goes outside. Then Dina remembered why she married that man.
