Alice sat Sam down under a great oak, then jumped up again herself because she was far too excited to keep still when she had so much to tell him.
“We did it!” she yelled and threw her arms in the air again.
“I know you did it,” said Sam. “I want to know how!”
“He said could hear the voice of the No-Life Man over the cornfields, didn’t he? Well he definitely can now!” Alice laughed.
Sam sighed. Would he ever get the story of what had happened?
“Alright,” said Alice, and she knelt down in front of him. And then she jumped up again.
