Back in the pack

Dylan POV

I woke up at 4h30 and got ready for  the morning workout We start at 5 am today, have joined training with Silver Moon Pack. We are the first ones today, I definitely should have been in bed early last night.

We start with a warm-up and then with some spar, at 06h50 we are out, so the others can start, this is my brother's group.

I went up to my room to shower and then to the kitchen for breakfast, when I hear some commotion comming from the living room balcony. I head there to find Kevin, Archie and my dad watching the spars happening  at the fighting ground.

"How the hell could she bit the guy, it didn't take her more than 5 minutes?"- Kevin seems amazed with something

"She's 3 times lighter than he is and reach his chest, that was beyond reasonable!!" Archie looks puzzled.

Mum arrived at my back:

"Are you guys watching Morgana?" He asks amused

"They can't believe their eyes honey! Archie Morgan alike you are an Alpha, and a very strong one I may add, she may be small, but there's only Alpha blood running on that girl!" -My dad explained

After 20 minutes my brother won is last fight and there's only Morgana and one of our warriors fighting it took her sometime, but she finally made him subdued, but when she released him he shifted and jumped on her, she shifted middle air in the most beautiful white wolf I ever saw, actually I never saw a white wolf before, and in a flash she had her mouth on his throat, and my dad was out in the ground yelling on his Alpha tone for the guy to shift.

"Her wolf is huge, and it's white I never saw one before, I knew there were white wolves, but I never saw one or know anyone that had seen one" said Archie.

" I thought they were legends, my grandma always told us stories about Pure Whites she said they had magic powers"- added Kevin

"Well boys she doesn't do any magic tricks that we know about, but she sure can kick your ass, but I'm sorry to destroy your dreams if you look closer she isn't Pure White, look at her leg!!" My mum. said amused.

When Morgana shifted back she stood naked in the fighting ground in the middle of at least 50 unmated wolves, Liam and 4 other guys just went to her to cover her up, I almost lost it when I saw them so close to her naked body, I took my shirt and mind link Damien to take it to her. She dressed the shirt and pull it near her noise and sniffed holding the shirt for a moment, wait is she sniffing my shirt, is my scent affecting her.

She walked to us, she looks amazing in my shirt it's huge on her, her shoulder is on display, the shirt hang lose on her body up to her middle thigh, when did she because this insanely beautiful woman? Like always Damien is on her tail. She thanks for the shirt I let her know that it looks great on her, and tell her how beautiful her wolf is and ask if I'll see her again before she leaves.

I can tell there's resentment on her voice when she answers me that I saw her more in the last 18 hours then in the previous 6 years, so it should be ok.

Archie compliments her for the fight, and she is super nice with him and Kevin.

She said her goodbyes and left.

What the hell happened to us, I remember she used to adore me she followed me everywhere when we were kids, why that bitterness?

After Archie and Kevin leave for their pack I spent the day around the pack with my dad trying to catch up.

When we were finishing lunch I notice Damien mind link someone, he stood up and said he was going to Lake Town with Pixie.

"Was that her? Can you ask her to ask her dad to delay the meeting from 4 to 5 please?" My dad asked.

"Yep, Done!"He said leaving the kitchen.

"What?? How can they mind link? They aren't from the same pack, that's impossible!!" I'm out of my mind, I never heard anything like this before.

"Really Dylan, where have you been? If you intend to be Alpha of this pack is time to start to take it seriously. They mind link since ever apparently, they can't remember when it started they never told anyone because they thought it was normal, when they realized it wasn't they were afraid of telling us. We found out one day that there was a treat of a rouge attack and I needed to contact their pack, but there was no one of them there, and we were in the woods without phones, your brother in panic just said he would mind link Morgana, and he did, that was 4 year ago! By now everyone on both packs know that. She can also reach Liam, Lily and some others basically she can reach the ones she is close to but the only one that can reach her back his Damien, and they can do it no matter how far they are, last year Morgana went to Italy for a week, and they mind link all the time. It as something to do with being a Pure White" My father explained to me, I know he is right I haven't been much around, during high school I used to spend most of my time at Lake Town then I went to college, most of the weekends I didn't come home I stayed there to go out and party, and avoid coming home and deal with the mixed smell of Damien and Pixie, that I don't know why but gets under my skin for some time now, and now is Alpha School if I look back I have been absent for the past 6 years, on that time somehow Pixie started to hate me or at least to dislike me. Pure White? But my mum told us today she wasn't one... Ok I'll figure out later.

I have to find out what happened.

"How can you not know what happen? How stupid can someone be" this mutt keeps driving me crazy but never tells me anything that makes sense.

"Max, if you know why she seems to hate me so much why don't you tell me?- I yell in my mind.

"Because you deserve the punishment you self-centered asshole, but I don't deserve that, so I'm taking you to Pixie, and we are going to ask her if she thinks she can be our mate, because I can't take this out of my mind. And I'm not going to be forced to have I chosen mate just because the Moon Goddess gave me a stupid human"

"How do you know where she is?" I asked him

"She's going away tomorrow, so she's sad, I know where she goes when she is sad when I first came to you and I could have full control I always went to find her there, she was always sad" he tells me annoyed

"Back then she was a kid, I remember she was always playing and laughing she wasn't sad at all" I tell him while running to the woods.

"Really?? You don't even remember her, and you know why because you never saw her, I did, but not you! Think stupid!" He told me when we shifted, and I took my clothes in my mouth we run for a while and crossed the border, I let the border guards know that I was going in their territory, and they let me pass, a few minutes more, and I could smell her scent in the air but once again it was mixed with Damien's, I shifted put my clothes and went for her. I found her on a branch of a old tree, the light of the moon is shining on her hair, she is perfection, she looks so peaceful when she sees me, but then she notices it's not Max. When she saw me she thought it was Max for sure.

I explain to her that Max brought me here because we are very confused, and we need to ask her something, she refused to speak with me and asked for Max. I push him forward but the bastard push me completely down, so I couldn't hear or see them.

When Max gave  control back it wasn't Pixie that was standing in front of me her green eyes had been replaced for light blue ones, Snow's eyes.

"Hi Dylan, nice to finally meet you, I'm Snow!" She seems nice.

"Hi Snow, I saw you today for the first time you are the most beautiful wolf ever!" I tell her smiling.

" Thanks Dylan, you know you can't sweet talk me right?" she smirked at me

"I'm not trying to, I was trying to ask Morgana if she thought we could be mates, because Max and I are very confused!" I pleaded at her

" I know I spoke with Max to, I'm not betraying my girl, but I can promise you this at this point I can't fell if you are my mate, and I'm not allowing you to do nothing against her will, next time I see you if we are mates I'll fell the pull but unless your brother also has is mate I won't go to you, but before you are forced to take a chosen mate on your Alpha ceremony If I'm your mate I'll take over, and I'll go to you no matter what Morgana what's, meanwhile try to understand why she is so hurt with you and fix it. You funked up really bad" She is very calm her voice sounds like a melody.

She closes her eyes and Pixie is back again.

As soon she was back her expression changed, Snow was nice to me, but Pixie didn't look like she was enjoying my company.

I decided to ask her something that was bugging me:

Pixie why did you hold to my shirt and sniffed it this morning?" I asked in a whisper getting closer to her.

"I recognized the scent of a long-lost loved one" - She sifted and vanished in the wood.

Long-lost loved one, was that what I was for her?

Next day the three of them were gone I found myself in the first few nights in my brother's room because I could smell her there, but after a few weeks her scent was gone and my dad was giving me a really hard time to, so I could catch up with all I have been missing around here, and they are right. I didn't know my on pack, too much had change on these last years I had been away. I was amazed how much Pixie and my brother had done around here, they had created this kind of wolves orphanage, sometimes we found pups on the woods normally they are rouge pups that are abandoned, or their parents had been killed, they also created a rehab clinic for wolves that lost their mates or were rejected by them, this clinic works mostly with wolves from outside our packs, the orphanage and the clinic are managed by both packs they have everything working on the basis of volunteering, the wolves who work there are from all ranks from Omegas to future Alphas like Morgana and betas like Damien, like in the clinic on the orphanage they accept pup from everywhere, and when possibly they try to put them for adoption with families from both packs.

They also created this new program to help Omegas to reach their full potential, in most packs omegas are neglected as weak and used for the household and minor jobs, on our packs they always had a choice, but the truth is that omegas are naturally submissive so not many of them would try to reach for a better position inside the pack, sub somehow in the last 2 years Morgana and Damien and push lots of young omegas forward, and they are now studying and others are training to be warriors I'm really proud of my pack, but I realize all this was the Alphas or Pixie and Damien's work.

Another thing I realized is everyone in both packs looks at them as a item and all think it was a mistake they weren't mates.

What shocked me was when I realized how close I had been to lose my Alpha status.

Arthur told me that if Damien had been Pixie's Mate my father would have pass the position to him to unit both pack, because that way a Morgana's and Damien's soon would be the rightful heir of Silver Lake and Blue Lake Pack. I couldn't even be mad about this because this was discussed on an assembly from high rank wolves of both packs that I was supposed to attend, but I hadn't because I was out at college, Arthur and Axel were in College with me to, but they find the time to come home every weekend.I come at most once a month because I was having too much fun.

Now if I want my pack to look at me and see their future Alpha I need to start to work really hard, between training, and helping my dad with all the Alpha duties I almost don't have time for nothing else.
