The welcome party

Morgana POV.

I'm on my room getting ready to go to the welcome party, my mum and Luna Lysander organized to welcome Dylan, Arthur and Axel who are arriving from Alpha school today. We'll have a barbecue on the lake shore and after sunset we'll have a bonfire party.

"Pixie are you in here?"- I hear Lily, Liam's sister and one of my besties calling me.

"Come in, I'm almost ready!!" - I answer her. She came in with Alana and Kayla on her tail, they are Arthur's baby sisters.

"Are you girls ready to party??"- I asked hugging them, I'm going to miss those 3 crazy girls so much this next months.

"You can bet we are!"- Alana yelled

"Let's go then!"- I told them, and we all went out of my room and down the stairs. When we arrived outside we took my Jeep, and we headed to the party, when we arrived Liam, Damien and some other pack members had already found us a really nice spot near the water and already got lots of logs for our bonfire later on. Our place is great just near the waterfall were the river ends and the Lake begins, on our group there's around 26 of us between wolves from both packs and humans.

I notice that the boys hadn't arrived yet, on the other bank of the lake Dylan's sluts and some of is friends have their spot ready for him is just across from us. Not that it makes any difference to me at this point , they can't affect me anymore, but would rather not be so close to Dylan and his friends.

"Hi girls, what do you think about our spot?We have tents to spend the night here if we want to, and we brought the war gear !"- Damien said hugging me and kissing my forehead, the war gear is our stuff to play a kind of paintball we invented with water.

" It's great I love it, you guys had done an excellent job!"- I said excited

"Hey Damien, Pixie come on in, the water is great!!"- calls out Liam from down the waterfall.

The girls are already on their way to the water running, I took my dress and follow them.

We stayed on the water for a while, and then we started to go up the waterfall to jump from there, this is one of those things that almost only wolves do there's only one human that also does this jump, is Alan from our group, sometimes I think this guy got some wolf genes from all the time he spends with us.

When I'm on my way up to the waterfall I notice 2 Land Rovers arriving at the camp across ours, that means Axel and Arthur will be here in no time, I arrived at the rock from where we jump and wait for Damien and Liam so we can jump together, I look down and see Arthur and Axel, they are waiving at me and I send them a kiss and make a heart with my hands in front of my heart. Near them, I see Dylan looking at me, he also waves at me, but I ignore him, and look away. There are two other guys I don't know, for the looks of them they must be future Alphas or Betas they are all big guys over 6,1fts, I can notice how the other wolves are reacting to them, they must have a powerful aura.

As soon as the guys arrived Damien hugged me kissing my neck so we can mix our scents, this is something we get so used to do that it comes natural to us at this point, and we jump on the water, my Beta and Gama jump also in the water to come to me, they know I wouldn't go to them as they are with Dylan.

Probably Dylan is the only person on both packs under 25 years that haven't noticed I avoid him like plague.

I'm in the water when Arthur grabbed me around the waist and threw me into the air making me fly almost 2m above the water. Then it's Axel's turn. We stayed in the water for a while, and then we went out, and they came to our camp with us, I told them they could go to their friends, but both replied that they would prefer to be right here with us, they spent 9 months with egos the size of the moon, and now they prefer to stay around their kids.

I know one day I'll be their Alpha and even now when I want they obey me, but the truth is that we all grow up together, and I'm 4 year younger than Axel and 5 younger than Arthur, to make the matter worse they are big guys over 6,1fts I'm 5,3fts, by the way that's one of the reasons why they call me Pixie, so they treat me as if I'm their younger sister, they always protect me not only like their future Alpha but like a sister and I love them for that.

I actually think Arthur knows about the crush I had on Dylan and the broken heart, but he never asked about it, back then he started to pick me and Damien from school instead of Dylan and taking us to Lake Town every Friday just like Dylan used to do, before he discovered he had a d**k.

It was a nice afternoon we talked a lot about the school, Liam, Damien and I are a bit anxious about it so they gave us lots of tips, to survive on that place. But they say we'll be ok. They teamed with Dylan and they are in 1st on the physicals, in our 3 months we promise to try to beat them.

Dylan POV

We arrived at the Lake and Arthur and Liam just jump out of the car. They have been speaking with Archie and his Beta Kevin non-stop about their Alpha Morgana. They really love that girl, during our journey back home hearing them speak about her, I realize that somehow I don't know her anymore. I used to be really close to her when she was a kid but when I was around 16 or 17 I started to look to girls and spend more time out with teenagers girls and less with my brother and her, and somehow we lost the connection we used to have. Actually I haven't seen her for the past 3 years at least, I went to college and then to Alpha school and somehow when I'm back she's never around. Last time I saw her she was maybe 15, but she looked at most 13 she had always been tinny and skinny, but one thing that could distinguish her among a thousand of other she-wolves is the curly red hair that looks like fire when the sun rays touch it, as far as we know only her has this copper hair, no other wolf has it.

For what they say she is probably my brother's mate, they are always together they even chose to go to the same college, so they could go to Alpha school together. When I'm with my brother I always fell this sweet scent of citrus, Ylang-ylang, Jasmin e vanilla mixed with his.

When I got out of the car I follow Arthur's look and my jaw fall, Goddess is that Pixie??

What happen??Where is the kid? On the top of the waterfall there's a gorgeous girl she's just perfect I can't believe I'm looking at her like this. She looks at me and I wave she looks away and pretend she didn't saw me.

She's waiting for Axel and Damien. I notice Archie looking at her and said to Arthur:

"Can you introduce me to your Alpha? She is the most beautiful she-wolf I ever saw. Her hair!! Is that for real?? Never saw nothing like that in a wolf!" He is staring at her.

I let out a growl that vibrated my chest, where did this came from?? I hated the way he was looking at her, Max my wolf what's to rip his throat.

"No he's not introducing Morgana to you, she's way out of your league" I tell him or better my wolf tells him.

"Sorry Archie our Alpha is already taken, at least if she has a say in it"- says Axel pointing on her direction and smirking at me. " That goes for you to Dylan!" he added walking to the water after Arthur.

Fuck he noticed my growl. I look up, and my brother is holding her by the waist and kissing her neck. I have Melissa holding my arm and somehow doesn't fell right, her skin his burning my arm, I take my arm from her and keep looking up while fighting my wolf that what's to go and kick my brother ass.

What the hell is going wrong with me, am I being jealous or overprotective? After all Pixie now is a gorgeous female and I don't want male wolves taking advantage of her, she's like my little sister, yes I think that's it.

Liam, Damien and Morgana jumped on the water and I went to get some drinks I think I'll need a few drinks today.

Liam's came to say hi and I introduce him to Archie and Kevin after just 10 minutes he asked me if it was ok for him to go back to the other side, I allowed.

" Have you noticed that all the future high rank of both families are now on the camp from that side of the Lake?"- Archie asked me in code with a human blonde on his lap.

"They are all the same age!" I tell him to justify.

"Really?? Arthur and Axel hadn't returned!"- he gave to me.

"That's normal they miss Morgana!"

"Can't understand what everyone she's on that stupid girl!" -Melissa said with disgust

"Why are you calling her stupid?"- I give her a cold look

"She thinks she's better than everyone else, everyone knows she's sleeping around she's always with some guy when isn't your brother is one of the guys from the football team, and she keeps pretending she's above us"- there's lots of resentment on her voice.

"You know exactly who she is Melissa! Do you have any doubt she's above all of you??"- I asked her using my Alpha tone on her, she bends her head and I go get another drink trying hard to keep Max under control before I do something I may regret.

Archie is making out with a blonde chick and Kevin is with some she-wolf I think they will be fine without me, so I go to find my parents I saw them when I arrived at the pack house but don't know were they are now, so I use the mindlink to find them.

I found them with all the high rank wolves from both packs.

"Hi mum, dad, auntie Alina, uncle Zander how are you guys?- I said when I found them.

"Hi Dylan, I'm really pleased to see you back, just sad this means my little girl is going away the day after tomorrow" said Zander

"She'll be fine, I saw her a few hours ago she's not so little anymore!" I smiled at him

"You are right she became a beautiful young lady"- he said full of pride

"And Dylan my boy you have to see her in the fighting ground, she's fearless. She's not 18 yet, and she already kicked the ass of everyone in both packs only Zander, Damien and I had been able to keep her back"- my father said laughing.

"You are kidding?"- I asked they can't be serious how could she have fight and won man with 3 times her weight? She can have full blood alpha, but she's only a girl she couldn't win a fight against Brian our beta, there was no way.

"No they aren't, who told you that we girls aren't strong? And do you know why she didn't win against those two yet?? Because she didn't want to fight them, she only asks to fight someone when she thinks she can win and Damien she will never fight him."- My mum said full of pride like she was speaking of her daughter.

I decided to put some theory of mine to the test.

"So you must be pleased the moon goddess had given Morgana as a mate to Damien, mum!" - I said with my best smile

All of them became really serious, and my dad said:

"Sometimes I don't know if you are part of this pack. They are not mates, they were hoping they were but when your brother turned 18 they found out they weren't. But for same reason they made a pact when Morgana was 12 that they would stay together and wait for both of them to find their mates. So those stupid kids keep mixing their scents, so their mates can't smell them correctly, and they don't allow one to touch them unless they are absolutely sure the person isn't their mate. For your brother is easier because he will be able to smell his mate and avoid contact but for Morgana is harder, so she just keeps away from all unmated wolves over 18."

"They are rejecting the mate bond!! They can't do that!" I'm shocked our parents are supporting this bullshit.

"No they aren't, they are just delaying it" Morgana mum said.

"How is that fair for their mate?" I asked

"Damien only turned 18 four months ago I'm sure he hadn't found his mate yet, Morgana will be 18 next month, they will both find their mates, and they will be just fine." My mum said trying to make it sound like this is normal.

"Mum I'm almost 23, and I still haven't found my mate." - I'm trying to make them see how crazy this all is, but the truth is that somehow I'm happy they aren't mates.

"I knew they weren't mates you stupid human"- mumble Max in my mind.

"How do you know that?" - I asked him.

"I just knew, and she's a very special wolf"-

"Why do you know all that?"

"Because I'm not a stupid horny human and I take my time observing things around me" - This mutt is always full of sarcasm.

I remember when I gained my wolf Morgana was there for the first shifting, I wasn't so close with her anymore back then, but the first thing Max did when he gains control was going to her and lay near her so she could cuddle him. In the beginning when I gave control to my wolf I went to the back of my mind, and he just took over and I remember to find myself a few times with Morgana when Max gave the control back to me, you can always notice if is the wolf or the human in control on both forms because of the color of our eyes. My eyes are blue, but Max eyes are gold, so every time my eyes turned back blue she would leave. Every time I asked Max why he always looked for her he just told me she was his favorite human.

After speaking with my parents for some time I decided to go to her camp just to say hi.

When I get there's a huge party going on. This kids really know how to party. They have water guns, balons, cannons, you name it, they have it, they add colors to the water, so they are playing around the woods this kind of strange paintball.

When I arrive I said hi to everyone and when I went to hug Morgana my brother and my Gama stood on my way, not allowing me to touch her, she gave me a smirk:

"Hi Dylan nice to see you, you can be on Liam's team if you want to play!" - she points to Liam.

I can't believe this s**t my Beta and my Gama just stopped me from hugging her. I mindlink them and asked them what the f**k was that? They just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry smiling at me.

I'm having a lot of fun when Melissa shows up, and she looks pissed:

"Dylan honey what are you doing here? I have been looking for you forever now! - She said almost yelling

" Can't you see? I'm playing!"- I answered and look away from her

"You aren't going to leave me alone to stay here playing with these kids"- she mumbled

"Sorry Melissa, but I think I'm! - I tell her.

Then I hear something I didn't understand

"Melissa, after all seems like nice ass and big bobs don't do the trick for long." - Morgana laugh.

Archie and Kevin also came with Melissa and both of them went to Morgana to introduce themselves but once again before they could reach her a wall of guys was in front of them.

"Hey, what's up? We just wanted to introduce ourselves to the young lady!" Archie said using his best smile

"Pixie, that's Archie the head came from Silver Moon and Kevin his right arm man" - said Arthur using code because the surrounding humans.

"Hi, Archie, Kevin is a pleasure to meet you, sorry about my friends, but I have this thing, I don't like people to touch me, I'm a bit paranoiac about germs!"- she says that smiling and all covered in coloring water and dirt. " If you want to join us you both go to Dylan team, Liam you are mine!"- she adds blinking to Liam and raising her voice on the word mine. That makes Max almost lose it, what the hell is this.

During the time we spent with them, I notice every 30 minutes or so Pixie and my brother would hug each other and kiss each other's necks on the place were their marks one day will go, and every time Max wanted to go there and rip Damien throat.Archie came to me and asked me:

"Are they mates?"

" No they are just mixing their scents, so their mates can't smell them!" I answered him

"You are f*****g kidding me? That's why they hadn't allowed us to touch her?"-He asked

"I think so, they hadn't allowed me either so don't fell bad!"-I said laughing at him.

"You can bet me, I'm touching that girl before she leaves!"- he tells me with a smile.

Once again Max wants to come out, I'm get tired of this mutt I asked him if Morgana was our mate, I must be losing it:

" How can I know you stupid, she smells so good, but then there's your brother scent all over hers I can't be sure, if you touch her I would know, but you didn't. I can fell the same thing you do a pull to protect her, but I always felt that, you on the other hand just forget about her for 6 years" - why do I have to get such a d**k head for wolf?? Please Goddess why??

"Max if you can't tell she's our mate stop trying to kill every wolf around her our else we will end up without a pack, you'll kill them all!"

We all had dinner in the main camp with the Alphas and Lunas. After dinner all humans went back to Lake Town and all mated wolves went back to the packs, only the unmated stayed behind. The bonfires were lit and everyone stayed up until down.
