King Geoff
I was in my office, ready to go home and be with my loved ones, when I got a link from my bodyguard, not that I needed him, but it was a formality. "Someone is here to see you, and they won't take no for an answer, Your Majesty," and I asked, "Who is it?" "He said his name is Falcon, Your Majesty," and I paused for a second before saying, "Let them up." I looked out the window at the city lights; the sun was setting, and I looked at my watch, wanting to reach home early enough to have dinner with my family. I heard the door, the scent familiar, and I turned around to see not who I thought it was, but someone else; I said, "You used the name Falcon; why did you do that?" He said, "I didn't use the name Falcon; it's my name, I am Falcon Jr., and I came here to give you this personally."
I took the envelope; it was an invitation from my old pack, and he said, "Grandfather wants you to visit him, or permit him to visit with you." I walked back to my desk, leaning on it, and asked, "Why does he want this meeting?" He looked at me and said, "Our grandmother was killed in a rogue attack, and you are king of the rogues." I said, "I haven't heard from them in years since I was banished for a crime I never committed," but I felt bad that I didn't know my mother had died; my bond was severed from them a long time ago. I mind-linked Rex; he came into the office and I said, "We have a funeral to attend," giving him the invitation, he said, "Wow, Luna Beatice is gone," he looked at Falcon Jr, and said, "We will be there, you can stay in the penthouse on the top floor," and he nodded. I had a guard take Falcon there and looked at Rex, asking, "Are you ready to go home and face the music?"
Rex looked at me and said, "I guess it's time to make a family visit; I will let Cole know," and he turned and left the office. I looked out the window, wondering why my father hadn't contacted me sooner. I finished up for the day and headed home; Jerrod and Mischa were on the couch watching a movie. I walked over to them, placed a kiss on both their lips, and told Jerrod about my nephew paying us a visit. He looked at me, shocked, before I told him, "My mother is dead; rogues killed her." He said, "People from our territory killed the king's mother; that is high treason." I ate what dinner was left, and I headed to take a shower; I thought about going home and how it would affect me after all these years. The last time I saw my mother, we argued about Jerrod when Dad took her to see me.

Flashback
I was on the roof waiting to meet my dad. I saw him walk toward me holding my mother's hand, and she ran toward me; I hugged her and spun her around. I was happy to see them again, and I didn't know I would feel this way seeing her again; Dad was right, her touch made me feel better. I linked Jerrod, asking, "Are you okay, love?" He smiled and said, "Yes, I am," and I said, "I heard what happened, and I will be there shortly." Jerrod said, "Take your time, Geoff, and meet your parents; this is the closure you needed." I sighed again, and he asked, "Do you want me there with you?" I said, "No, I can do this myself; thanks for having Jared drop them off," and closed the link. I looked down at my mother; she had tears in her eyes, and as I touched her face, I inhaled that motherly scent.
She asked, "How are you doing, Geoffrey?" I said, "As good as I can be," Dad cleared his throat, and we shook hands; he asked, "Where is your mate?" I told him, "He was back at the party," and my mother looked at me in shock, saying, "He!!" I looked at Dad, and he said, "I didn't tell her you were gay," and I said, "I am not gay, I am bisexual." Mom said, "You don't have to punish yourself by loving a man because of what you did to that servant girl." I looked at her confused, and then it clicked; she still believed I would have done something so low to a woman. I yelled, "Mom, I never touched her; Falcon set me up after I found Verlene and him f*****g each other's brains out in the cabin." She said, "Falcon adored you; he wouldn't hurt you like that.......," and I cut her off, saying, "But you believe I would assault a helpless servant girl."
I backed away and looked at her, and I said, "You always believed in your golden boy as we grew up, and I was always the troublemaker, but it's a fine mom; I know the truth, and one day, you will too." Dad said, "This is not why we are here; we just want to visit," cutting my mother off from making things worse. The tensions are high, and I said, "You can meet Jerrod when the time is right, and you will accept him, but I won't subject him to judgments because of who we are, the Goddess mated us, and I love him just as much as he loves me, and that is all that matters." I wipe her tears because I see she still loves me, but torn between who was wrong or right that day. I said, "I will have Prince Jared take you back; thanks for coming, Mom," as she held my hand and said, "I will get Falcon to lift the ban." I smiled and said, "As the king of Rogueland, I can walk in there not because of the ban but because I am on King Aidan's council, but Falcon not lifting it will tell you everything you need to know about your golden boy," and Jared appeared to take them back.

Present Time
I was brought out of my thoughts, feeling Mischa rub soap on my back and say, "You've been here a long time, your mind is elsewhere; who is she?" I smiled and said, "I was thinking about my mother; I couldn't believe she was dead," and I turned to face her; she had the perfect breast that fit in the palm of my hand, as I pulled her to kiss her soft lips. She moans and says, "Calm down, big boy," and she backs up, looking at my not-so-little Geoff. She grabbed little Geoff and tiptoed, kissing me again, and I mind-linked her, "Don't start, or I will mate you and put my mark on your neck where it should be." She knelt and put my c**k in her mouth; I turned the shower off and moaned, grabbing her hair as she made me relax in a way only my mate can. We went to bed, and this time she lay in between us; Jerrod said, "It's getting harder not to mark you, little one," and she said, "I will let you mark me for my birthday."

Two Days Later
Jerrod
We were on our private jet heading back to Geoff's old pack for his mother's funeral; Misha was sitting next to him, and his nephew sat next to me. Cole, Rex, Diana, and Peggy also joined us; Gunner was holding down the fort while we were gone, and we will be spending a week here. I thought about my parents and knew I needed to make amends with my old pack member who moved here and find out the truth. Something I should have done a long time ago, but there were more pressing matters at hand; Geoff losing his mother made me think I should get on with it right away. Falcon Jr. looked at me and said, "So you are my uncle's mate; are you the bottom or top because I see my uncle as a top?" I smiled and said, "There is a whole lot you don't know about your uncle, kid; keep it that way," and I closed my eyes, trying to at least relax, until we reached our destination.
Two hours later, we were in our cars heading to the pack, and Mischa was looking out the window, fascinated, I love that she is so innocent in these parts; she has been sheltered all her life. We planned to take her wherever she chose and spend time with her; I held her hand as she looked at me, Geoff was facing us, and smiled at how cute she was being. Falcon Jr. said, "We are almost there," as we turned onto a dirt road leading up to the old pack house. I saw men outside waiting until we pulled up, and I looked at Geoff, mind-linking him, "Are you ready for this?" He nodded, and we got out of our jeep to be greeted by his dad and his brother; I looked a Geoff staring at the Luna, and I stood behind him as Mischa put her hand in his, and his brother said, "Hello, brother, welcome back." Rex cleared his throat and mind-linked us, "Still a piece of s**t," and I smiled; Alpha Falcon never sounded so fake, and in all my life, I felt weird and knew this was going to be a long week as we headed inside.
