Fixer POV
Tank was great; his way of showing how pleased he was with the surprise waiting for him at the bathroom sink wasn't exactly how I wanted to let him know, but I feel it was better than I could have thought up in the end. I would have stressed over it for days till I got the courage to tell him.
There was an uneasiness at the breakfast table, today we hoped to get answers we have all been waiting for, and the club members a release in a way we hope would give some of them peace, our long time members have been angry over the Jones gang for years, and the younger ones, are eager to go visit them and pound them into dust, will get to vent a little.
The walk to the clubhouse was casual; we didn't race to get there, and Zero chatted about the work being undertaken at the waterhole.
