Tank POV
The morning was better than my usual start on these runs. Having Max bring me food and coffee, even if I wanted more sleep, was worth waking me early and getting that surprise. The sun was rising over the horizon, and there was plenty of movement around, so it wasn't that early, but still, anything before noon was early for me.
I was greeted by some bros who were awake and moving around as I made my way to the ablution block. As I reached the area, the urge to do more than pee had me changing direction slightly. I sat and thought about last night, my girl whimpering, and nothing I could do about it. I was thinking about talking to Prez and Bruiser about it, maybe do some investigating on that family, like how dangerous are they for my little lady?
