It was a beautiful Saturday morning , and Ngozi and her family members woke up early because today was a special day , it was cleaning day . The Uba family held the ritual of always cleaning their compound, every third Saturday of every month, and also it was like a general cleaning day for the whole community.

During this time the Garbage collector always came with his stinky garbage truck and every body living around the neighborhood would come out to dispose their garbage into the garbage truck, after that they took their wastebin back to their homes . Ngozi was among those in the neighborhood, who carried the wastebin from the house and emptied it inside the garbage truck. She was on her way into the house when all of a sudden , she heard someone calling her a witch.
