Ngozi was still learning how to be independent in School as she still yearned for her mother and father touch, whenever she was lonely , bored or in trouble . Especially whenever she cried in school,either from Dorcas's harsh statement towards her or from the stressful nature of the school. She would always wish her parents were with her to comfort her.
