The evil spirits circulated the earth, offcourse they were already responsible for causing most of the havoc on earth, so it wasn’t a new thing to them doing their usual evil . You could tell that the humans who were used to perpetrate evil where been controlled by a strong force , as they did all committed all manner of crimes , they stole and shot at people rigorously not caring who they killed.
