CHAPTER THREE The bombshell Toby dropped last evening consumed my thoughts for hours into the night. Why the Angelic Counsel left out vital information regarding the murderer and the victim’s best friend seemed a mystery to me. I was certain it was one of those things that would be revealed to me.
