A half hour later as he pushed a fairly full trolley towards the checkouts, he began to think he’d maybe gone a bit overboard.
His first instinct had been to grab one of everything from the cold and flu medicine shelves, but he’d reminded himself that most of them contained either aspirin or paracetamol or both, and too much of either would be fatal.
