The next few days were not getting any better. News of my mother's arrest were publicized by the media. Our company is in shambles and reporters flocked our home. I had to entrust the position of my mother to the COO so the company can still function but sales were beginning to decline. I was also shocked by the news that the  Bernardini had disowned Domenico. They didn't want a scandal to affect their company as stated by their speaker. I tried contacting Enzo but he wouldn't answer. I apparently got the message that he wouldn't help us.
