And just as he was about to push himself to settle fully inside me, I felt him freeze—going cold like, as the feeling of dread passed through our bond. “What's wrong…” I could barely complete my sentence before the door of the bedroom was pushed open with a loud banging as a small figure rushed in, moving directly for Draven. “Daddy!” Her childish voice screamed as she moved to jump on him.
