ALINA’S POV
“Hell no!” I said almost immediately.
“Ohh!” Lena whispered as an expression flickered past her face making me wish to take back my words.
“Look, I’m not trying to force you to do anything you are not comfortable with. But Soren is not going to remain quiet for long. Something bad is going to happen if he doesn’t calm down. I can feel it,” she said, her voice almost pleading.
I knew she cared deeply for him. I could still remember the relief I felt when he came into the room and saved me that night. I sighed knowing I at least owed Draven this, it was part of our deal after all.
“Where’s Draven?” I muttered.
Relief filled her expression as she uttered, “his room.”
I counted to ten in my head as I moved towards Draven’s room, mentally preparing myself to face him.
