Edeline It took a while before the tears finally stopped falling, and somehow, I’d managed to feel even more of a wreck than I already did. My eyes were swollen and heavy, aching almost more than my chest did at this point. I sat quietly at the edge of the bed, trying to piece myself back together little by little.
