Emery’s POV
“Are you the welcoming party?” He asked me smirking.
I took a step back into the bunker.
“Who are you?”
He tilted his head. “I guess it wouldn’t hurt for me to introduce myself.” He said as he took a step to enter the bunker.
“I think it would be better if you stayed outside of this room,” I said to him.
This guy looked like bad news and if my suspicions were correct letting him in would only be letting danger into the safe space.
“You want me to introduce myself,” He said. I looked at him questioningly. “I prefer to introduce myself from the inside.”
I looked up at him. He towered way over me and his build wasn’t one that I could stop from entering even I tried.
