When we arrived at the hospital, Boadicea took care of all the paperwork. I was wheeled into a cubical. Some Indigenous doctor came in to examine me. He spoke with a heavy accent, and I was having difficulty understanding his questions. He took note of my bruised testicles and ordered an MRI. What seemed like hours later, the doctor finally came back into the room? He announced I needed a hernia operation. It turns out the bruised testicles were not the problem. At some point in time, I must have had an accident resulting in my getting a hernia in the stomach area. I tried to think back through my previous marriages, but nothing came to mind.
