Chapter Six
“Dianne”
Once again, the saving grace in my life was my work. The television show had the top morning ratings. The radio show was evolving into a similar format as the television show. I was hardly playing music anymore; the radio show was leaning heavily toward all talk. Many of the same guests, we would have on in the mornings, were appearing on the radio. However, I was still interviewing artists in the music industry. Periodically, I would even work as an actor or television personality. I continued my regimen of jogging in the park daily. Jogging gave me time to reflect. I was receiving a lot of overtures from women at the corporation, but I decided to continue my resolve.
