"Come, my dear children. Let Mummy and Daddy bring you both to beds after you had wiped your hands and face, okay?"
"Remember to remove your shoes before getting on the bed and place your shoes under the end of the bed."
"Remove your clothes and put them in the laundry basket, wear your amulet at all times and then straight change into a sleeping gown, okay, my dear children?"
The children listened intently to my set of instructions and nodded their heads before they replied clearly, "Okay, Daddy." before they were smothered by lots of kisses by both Heather and me.
The words they spoke were as clear as crystal as if we are talking to a 3-year-old child instead of 1½ years old.
We carried the twins from the conference hall and went up the stairwell. Once we place them down near their bedroom door, they scrambled to remove their shoes and their day clothes before they ran barefooted and literally with just their nappies to the bathroom.
There, they splashed water on their faces and wiped them dry with a towel that was hanging nearby inside the T&B. They then ran back to their bedroom, placed their shoes nearly under the door of the bed and picked their day clothes and place them inside the laundry basket. The soon rummaged through the small wooden chest that stored their nightclothes and picked a long sleeping gown and put them over their heads.
The sleeping gowns had a round neck, so it could be worn front side back and vice versa. The sleeping gown could also be worn inside out as there was no tassel or belt in their way the moment the children brought the sleeping gowns over their heads.
The sleeping gowns were a few sizes bigger and were sleeveless so it doesn't take long for them to put them in themselves. Children nowadays are becoming more independent...!
We tucked the children in and kissed them our goodnights before we cover their incandescent lamp inside the room with a thick dark cloth so it would only be illuminated slightly like a night light.
After doing so, Heather picked the paper that had lots of scribbles in it they were decorated by Maricel as she held my arms as she too leaned forward to me for a kiss. This time I gave her the sloppiest kiss ever and she was giggling away like a little girl once more.
"In our bedroom or the study? We need to push the hand cart out if we were to do it in the study room." Heather asked as she slowly heads towards the study. She won't want to do it in the bedroom or else she would be sleeping instead of meditating later on...!
"Alright, let's head down to the study instead since you are already halfway there. Hahaha."
"Besides, only in the realm, you would be able to hear Ceres clearly"
"Don't be too jealous of the guidance system alright? It can't do anything to me and likewise me to it."
"What we are doing right now is to save the town from a downfall in the economy even though we may have grains to sustain us."
I coaxed Heather but only a woman knew what the other woman is thinking and feeling. "I don't like you to be talking to your guidance system in private that's all." she simply said that but I knew the meaning was much deeper than it seems.
"I understand you, my dear. The guidance system is there to guide me and also to give me answers to questions and problems whenever I got stumped."
"It's just a small matter but you have to get used to it that the guidance system is well saving our lives one day."
I spoke softly as I held her hands tenderly as she entwined her fingers in mine. "I'm not jealous but I hate having the idea of having another woman between us and right now she is able to speak directly into your mind and that infuriates me a lot. That's all."
I shrugged my shoulders as we sat on the floor cross-legged and then tried to meditate but failed since my mind was not calm as usual. After some time, I cleared my mind and we went through the vortex and ended in the White Room where we had exited earlier.
Maybe it's not safe to go to the realm with an unclear mind since we take a longer time to go through the vortex or maybe because it's our third trip of the day to the realm.
However, it is we had arrived safely at the realm and ended in the White Room as usual. I wanted to try out something so I asked Heather to step forward and take a seat at the machines that she would be working on later.
I myself stepped back and then I pressed the directional button to go to the next room and the whole room swiped left, leaving Heather in the White Room alone...!
"DEAR ...! Don't leave me alone here...! I'm afraid, your body seems to stretch away and then disintegrate before my eyes...!" Heather screamed through the White Room and I could hear her screaming and I hollered back I'm now at the Fusion Chamber and she wanted to follow me.
"Haiyoo... We have to separate awhile. I need to go and get those trinkets and then duplicate them if we do not have enough and also imbue them with the blue sapphires for all the Shadow unit members. I just want to try it out for them to see if they could learn the skills book for the normal category or not."
I swiped the Fusion Chamber back to the White Room and saw Heather was standing up and holding to the helms of her dress as she had such a worrisome look on her face.
What she saw before I swiped the room was that my body seemed to turn rubbery of some sort before it disappeared totally from where I was standing and when I swiped back my body seemed to bounce into the picture once again and appeared before her.
She had never seen such a thing before and it looks so gruesome. That's what she had narrated to me when I had arrived back at the White Room.
"You really can hear me shout from this room to where you went earlier?" Heather asked as she ran towards me and checked my body if there's anything that had become elongated during the process including my Nether region...!
I laughed at her silliness and told her that I am alright. "Go right ahead and do your work I have my own work to do as well and I don't think I would be able to bring this machine over to the Fusion Chamber to work together there. If I could I could not even visualise this type of machine."
"So you had to be left here and do your work peacefully while I do mine next door. The trinkets need to be socketed with the blue sapphires to test out for Eagle first and once its done, I would come back here again, okay?"
I patted Heather's head as she closed her eyes at the slight show of affection and she was satisfied that I had given her my reasoning once again.
"Alright dear, be careful. I would be doing the new pamphlet for us alright? I call for you if I need any assistance since you can hear me next door."
Heather remarked at me and she flitted back to her seat and began to remove the paper that was going to be her project soon and then she was furiously tapping and moving the mouse all over the surface trying to find the pointer to click on the icon.
I swiped the room aside once more and cake to the Fusion Chamber where I searched for a set of trinkets that consists of 2 earring, an amulet, two bracelets and 2 anklets and find the sockets to be free before I inserted them into one of the machines and reset the dialer to default.
There are a total of 13 free sockets for all the accessories and I saw that there is still an abundance of good quality gemstones inside the crate.
I shovelled my hand into the gemstones and calculated they I wasn't able to equip every single Shadow unit member with the good quality ones and have to somehow learn to fuse these poor ones into fair before turning them into good ones.
"Ceres, where did my former self get all these gemstones from? He can't be buying them from the gem stores or stealing them off from the Sheriff and his men, right?"
"Audemars, Robin the Hood or your former self acquired these gemstones through a trade with the dwarves that were mining somewhere before."
"Robin the Hood was able to communicate with these mythical creatures before but not the others. All the dwarves needed was breakfast before they entered the mines and dinner when they had exited the mines before heading home."
"Prior to the end of the day, the dwarves had given Robin the Hood an equal number of gemstones such as rubies, sapphire, emeralds, diamonds and a rare gem called stanspar that never existed in this world before."
By the time Ceres had completed narrating to me, I had picked a total of 7 blue sapphires that I would be socketing the accessories soon after and leaving the empty sockets to be socket with other gemstones as well.
As I inserted a pair of earrings and placed two good pieces of blue sapphire inside the machine, I asked Ceres what is stanspar gemstone all about.
"Stanspar is unlike any other gemstones that need to mine in caves et cetera. It could be cultivated and harvested like a plant and if it is meant to for you then it's meant for you to see and cultivate them."
"These gemstones could be used to enhance each of the poor quality gemstones. If you take a piece of poor quality gem and places 4 Stanspar gemstones, the quality of the poor quality gemstones would leap from poor to a perfect gemstone...!"
"But these Stanspar gemstones are so difficult to find and it's near impossible. It may be growing right under your foot and if it's not yours, you can't even see them."
"These elusive but greatly enhanced Stanspar gemstones are very much sought after as it would fuse those poor quality gems at a very terrifying rate. There is a crate of Stanspar gemstone, but to you, the crate is currently empty and unseeing through your naked eyes and even your third eye."
"Just imagine, a single piece of Stanspar could enhance a single piece of poor quality gemstone to fair quality ones. That's how powerful these gemstones are."
My God...! If that's the case I could even make perfect gemstones with these Stanspar gemstones as an enhancement tool...! Just imagine how many perfect gemstones I could make if I had my hands in these Stanspar gemstones with me now.
"Where can I acquire these gemstones from, Ceres?"
"Audemars, these elusive gemstones could be found only in the mythical lands belonging to the dwarves and elves. However, there are certain types of dwarves and elves so their demands for such Stanspar gemstones differ from other classes."
"Heather would be able to provide you with all the necessary details that you need about dwarves and elves, their habitat, culture et cetera. She had read the books on these mythical creatures and had comprehended them fully."
Ceres explained when Heather hollered from next door, "Ceres, I can hear perfectly clear from here...! Dear, if you want to find out about those creatures I could narrate to you when you come back...!"
"This pamphlet that I'm creating is going to be better than earlier. Are you done yet? I heard about the Stanspar gemstones too."
"Can you go get some and cultivate so we could harvest them and make perfect quality gemstones too?!"
I hollered back and replied that I'm not done yet and I quickly went about my task to enhance these accessories on all separate machines at one go. In this case, I won't be wasting too much time here and leaving Heather alone.
Even though the White Room seemed harmless and she can't actually do something that might endanger us in the current real world, but at least I could keep her company once I'm done and maybe catch some reading too.
