My heart raced as I struggled to keep my expression unsuspicious. What was she doing? Sienna hadn't been anywhere near the club thay day. I knew she was trying to be an alibi, but this... this would only complicate things.
First off, I'd have to weave a perfect make up story with Sienna in it. It was difficult because I'll have to avoid a story that an eye witness would debunk. There would be security footage, witness statements, all sorts of evidence that would prove Sienna was never at the club. And once that lie unravelled, any credibility I might have had would vanish.
Secondly, and perhaps more frustratingly, it would have been so much easier to craft my own alibi without Sienna in the picture. I could have spun a simple tale
