Dear Diary, 

Jared and I ended up helping others to learn to ignore the boastful team players in our school instead of showing those guys how pathetic they are.  It was hard being 16 and not allowed to do what we thought best to help others.  Mama said we had to let them be since most are soon-to-be Alphas of their packs and it would be a blow to their egos to have me show them, that a mere girl, was a better athlete then they could ever hope to be.  Instead, we started to train some of those classmen who were thought of as too weak to help defend anyone on basic defense.  I can’t understand how just because a person is born an Omega they are considered to be trash by their pack.  I have seen so many coming into school with bruises and obvious injuries that their wolf was busy healing, not to mention the clothes they are forced to wear.  I talked to Chris about it since he is going to be in charge of the wolf packs for the Lycan Council in this area and gave him the pack names of the Omegas who seem to be the most abused.  He and Grandpa Warmder are going to look into what is going on with them and talk to the Council about this unfair assumption that Omegas are weak.  That was a week ago and Chris and Grandpa are taking too long for my liking.  I decided to go spend the night with Suzie since she seems to come in every day with more wounds.  Yesterday, I peeked into her mind and I am ready to go now and kick those jerk-faced pack members of hers into next Thursday.  Her own brother isn’t standing up for her, but instead, he is joining in the beatings she gets for no good reason.  I swore Jared to secrecy about my plans.  One of those soon-to-be Alphas is the main tormentor of Suzie and tonight he will learn just how “Weak” he is.  I checked with Mama to make sure Suzie and that prick weren’t supposed to be mates, which is one cliché I don’t have to deal with.  I told Suzie about my plans to come over and do homework together at her place and as expected she balked at the idea.  Knowing that she would be hesitant to let anyone in school visit I made sure that our teacher paired us up for a class project that had to be done together.  Suzie was always rushing back to her packhouse right after school because she was expected to make 3rd meal for her pack then clean each of the younger members' rooms before she could do homework.  This was changing TONIGHT!  Jared and I had made a conscious effort to mask our Lycan scent at school and we hid the fact that we were the siblings of Chris and Jackie as well.  As far as everyone was concerned we were the younger children of an Alpha, but no destined to be “leaders” ourselves.  This works perfectly for my plans.  I do have 4 pack warriors assigned to protect me and they were sworn to keep what I was doing from Mama and Dad until after I accomplished my task.  They would be close enough to jump in and help me if a fight broke out, not that I couldn’t take those pathetic wolves on myself.  I mean I can take on 3 fully trained Lycan warriors without breaking a sweat, but they would be remiss in their job if something happened to me or at least that is what my guards are always telling me.

Suzie and I hop on her bus and head to her pack, she had linked with the Alpha, Eric about me coming to work on our project and he was happy to allow me on his pack’s land.  Once we got there she tried to rush into the kitchens to begin cooking, but I stopped her saying she needed to introduce me to her Alpha first since that is protocol.  We walked to his office where he and his Beta were talking about pack business.  My ears are sharper than those of a mere wolf, so I could hear them talking about a rash of rogue attacks taking place over the last week.  She knocked and they greeted us, her Alpha was a very kind and gracious host inviting me to stay and have 3rd meal with his pack.  His Beta, Cole, kept looking at me strangely and Julie/Anthy was acting weird inside me.  Then his smell hits my nose.  Holy heck, this hottie is my Mate?  I linked with Jackie and she confirms my theory, only since I have Anthy, my Lycan’s, scent masked his wolf if confused.  Being the nosy, busybody, big sister she is while we were linked she saw my whole plan for this evening and I know she told Dad.  Suddenly, he is ordering my guards to come in and bring me back to Full Moon in our link, which I then blocked so he couldn’t find us just yet.  I told Jackie to keep my location hidden or I would tell her mate about the time she fell into the toilet while Mama was potty-training her, which made her agree immediately, but she insisted on sending Lynn over just in case I needed to fight my way out.  Considering her wolf is one of the best when it comes to fighting, I was cool with her hanging with Julie and Anthy ready to take over if needed.  Anyway, I winked at Cole before saying, “Suzie and I should get to work on our project.  Can we use one of the big tables in the common room to spread out our materials on?”  This suggestion was approved and we left the office.  I could feel how nervous Suzie was getting as the time for 3rd meal approached and she lied when I asked her what was wrong saying it was nothing.  We got to work and soon she was immersed in our project forgetting everything else.  I could see she had a high IQ, but no one was helping to nurture her abilities.  She had a unique way of approaching the assignment and soon I was swept up with her working fervently right alongside her.  Finally, the others began filtering inside and suddenly Kurt,  Alpha Eric’s son, grabbed Suzie by the hair demanding to know why she wasn’t in the kitchen making him something to eat. 

SHOWTIME!  Before he could comprehend what happened, I had removed his hand from Suzie’s hair and broke 3 of his fingers.  “Listen, you jerk, touch her again and I will break something bigger next time.”  I told him.  He growled demanding to know who I thought I was, which was a big mistake on his part!  I laughed right in his face and told him, “Your worst nightmare!”  Several of his buddies began moving toward me and Suzie began to shake in fear, since this was what they would do before gang beating her.  I smelled her brother in the group and called him out, “So, you’re Kent, the pathetic excuse for a big brother?  I can imagine how proud your parents are watching from the Moon Goddess’ haven at how well you have protected your little sister from scum like Kurt and his crew.  WAIT!  You haven’t protected her at all you are one of the worst.  How can you live with yourself knowing you are letting your parents and Suzie down so badly?”  This got a reaction from Kurt, who took a swing at me.  He found himself quickly face down on the floor with his arm twisted behind his back and for good measure I broke it at the elbow.  “Make one more move toward Suzie, boys, and I will rip his arm off his body to beat you with.”  I warned those who thought grabbing her would help him.  By now, a few regular members of the pack had come in, some also were guilty of joining in on abusing Suzie but a couple didn’t know what was happening and they linked with  Alpha Eric to alert him.  He and Cole rushed in with a few warriors in time to see me making Kurt stand up, still holding his broken arm behind his back.  Coming forward, he demanded to know why I had hurt his son.  I looked at Kurt and asked if he wanted to tell his Daddy what he and the others had been doing to Suzie or should I have her tell them?  Being the coward he was, Kurt shifted and tried to attack me again.  My guards rushed in per Jackie’s orders and I told them I could handle it so they kept their distance.  When Kurt jumped up snapping at my neck, I dropped to the ground and kicked him in the soft spot on his belly sending him flying 20 feet across the room.  Cole moved forward to confront me and I released my full scent to distract him.  He cried, “Mate” and moved to protect me when Kurt’s best friend, Joel, shifted to attack me.   Alpha Eric had gone over to check on his son and several of his warriors were at a stand-off with my guards.  “ENOUGH!”  I let Lynn takeover to use her Alpha voice, which brought everyone to a dead stop.  “Everyone shift back NOW!”  she ordered.  Given that Lynn would be the wolf of the Queen to be no one disobeyed her and they all went back to human form.  Cole moved to my side and Alpha Eric came back over after having a couple of warriors take Kurt to the pack doctor so his arm could be set.  Again he demanded to know what was happening, so I opened the mind and memories of Suzie to him, Cole and his Gamma.  They saw her being abused by Kurt and his crew daily solely for the fact her parents were dead and her big brother didn’t want to help his lowly Omega sister, so she didn’t have anyone to turn too.  Tears ran down his cheeks as he realized he had failed in his job as protector of his pack and that his own son would do something so evil broke his heart.  He ordered those involved in her abuse to be collared for the next 3 days in the town square, including Kurt and Kent.  Then he got down on his knees in front of Suzie, who was sitting, so that they were eye level to apologize for not seeing what was going on.  He linked with his pack to let everyone know if anything happened like this again those involved would be segregated as punishment.  He turned to me and asked me, “Who are you?  Your scent is different from earlier.  You are more than just a wolf, aren’t you?”  I told him my full name Samantha Alexandria Warmder, daughter of Julius and Charlotte Warmder, Alphas of Full Moon pack.  Cole sucked in his breath to learn I was Charlotte’s daughter.  I took his hand causing sparks to shoot through my arm, and I could hear Lynn laughing at me about how surprised I was at the sensation.  I sent her back to Jackie and told her to watch it cuz I still had dirt I could pass on to her future pups, which stopped her laughter as I shut our link off.  Still holding his hand, I explained that yes, I was the 2nd Lycan female born to the White Lycan, my Mama, and yes, I had all her skills and more.  I turned to Alpha Eric and told him not to beat himself up so badly cuz Kurt and his crew were using their link to ensure they wouldn’t get caught and although they beat her none crossed the line to sexually assaulting her.  I knew they were thinking about it, which is why I knew I had to move quickly before they could act.  Since it was close to the time for 3rd meal, I had already planned with Aunt Beatrice to send food over with Jared and his guards so that none from this pack would suffer any further due to the actions of others.  They came in carrying trays of food to be served and, of course, Dad was with them walking straight up to me.  “Young lady, how many times have I told you not to block your Mother or me from your mind?  How can I protect you if I can’t find you?  Why are you holding this wolf’s hand?” he stared at Cole as he asked his questions.   I opened my family link only to have Mama start yelling at me, while Jared moved next to Dad and began laughing.  After a minute I was able to calm Mama down and then turned to Dad to introduce Cole as my mate.   Both Dad and Jared growled before trying to move me aside so they could get to Cole, but I growled back at them loudly ‘til they backed off.
