Chapter 47- Andrew's POV
Andrew didn't know why Gilbert needed money that much but now that he saw the wound, he started to worry. What if Gilbert had problems he didn't know about? Gilbert wasn't really the kind of person to talk about himself and Andrew had to discover everything alone. He didn't dare spy on Gilbert for fear of scaring him away but now he saw no other solution. He had to know that Gilbert was okay. He had to save him. Before getting to that, Andrew decided to start by a little chat. Gilbert was hard to question and Andrew started by doing everything he liked to have him lower his guard. He prepared him coffee with even a little caramel in it and bought him some hazelnuts that he put in front of him. Gilbert thanked him and started eating in a good mood.
