With the little information he had, Harper knew there wasn’t much chance of finding anything associated with a dog and a supposed ‘blind’ man that had attracted any previous interest within the Bureau, but he looked anyway … it was just one more step in trying to be thorough.
The investigation of the explosion itself was, for the most part, dry and scientific, and of little interest to him; the scientists would find the answers for what had happened in the forensic lab.
On the other hand, however, determining the motive for the act and the identity of those involved was a puzzle he intended to solve.
