“We want to congratulate you on the successful completion of your mission,” said the two men who had arrived to compliment Viper.
They were the same two men who had recruited him to carry out the attacks in the US, and they now approached him with a new assignment.
“Why are you so pleased with the results?” asked Viper. “Two of my team were killed; our primary target still lives, and I found no information on the Chadeaux thing I was supposed to identify.”
“The two men you lost gave their lives to protect you, and that was what they were there for. They are true martyrs and gave their lives willingly to help us achieve our goals. The only reason the evil US President still lives is because of something neither you nor we foresaw during the planning of the mission;
