Stella's POV
"What?" I say a bit startled
"I know you're overthinking this and I've already said I didn't want to put any pressure on you. I don't want you to start avoiding me or being awkward around me. If you're not comfortable with this arrangement we can stop anytime. You're my best friend and I would never want to lose you over something so simple."
My eyes fill with tears but I stop them from spilling over. Zander continually manages to be the sweetest, most sincere person in my life, and the fact that he puts me and my feelings above all else makes me love him more. He notices all the smallest things about me without me having to say them and always chooses to have open conversations with me about them. He is too good for me.
