Chapter Eleven Scout finished giving Bingley his morning rub down before she deposited the bale of hay in his stall. The horse let out a gust of air in thanks. Then he got to work on his breakfast. The stalls on either side of Bingley's were empty. Both Heathcliff and Wickham were out in the corral having their breakfast with the other horses whose injuries were either healed or not pronounced enough to cause any issues. The wounded and still healing, like Bingley, remained in the barn, eating their breakfast in bed. They weren't ready for the morning meal games the others played in the corral.
