Al pushed me off him, then used one hand to touch the jagged bite. “Dammit, Kane, that f*****g hurt!”
I spun to snarl at my stunned enemy as he drew up in shock.
“How did you break free?” Caius clenched his clawed hands. “You have to obey your Alpha!”
I shifted, the change so fast it was almost instantaneous. “Yes, but that’s not you, asshole.”
