Olivia Harmony could swear that she heard Ashton crying in the bathroom. The pain that crossed her heart is one that she has never experienced before. Whatever that was going on in the bathroom she needed to know and wanted to be part of it.
"Are you there, Ashton? please, open the door for me, are you alright?" Olivia demanded in fright.
Ashton heard her squeaky voice and knew that he better clean his eyes before Olivia suspects him. Picking a clean white Towel from the cupboard, the young man rapidly placed it on his face as he dabbed it dry while walking towards the door.
Unlocking it from the inside, he slowly pulled the handle as it revealed Olivia who had a worried look on her face.
"Ashton? are you alright?" she repeated her question, as she eyed the man wearily.
"Yes, I am fine, baby," Ashton replied, and once more, he cleaned the towel on his face before keeping it down.
Inhaling a very deep breath, he hoped that Olivia wouldn't notice anything. Well, he lied and the lady was no fool not to have noticed it.
Ashton's behavior towards Olivia was cold, he tried avoiding her because staring deep at her was like putting several knives behind her back. He was literally betraying her in every way possible and she knows that.
Olivia was at a loss now, looking at Ashton is something that she had always envisioned to be filled with doubt and not a series of confusion or whatsoever that the man was literally planning for himself.
As Ashton walked past the lady, he brushed his way by slightly hitting her with his shoulders. That was terrible, but then, Olivia isn't the type to let sleeping dogs lie as she spat out the words and she brushed him aside with her shoulders.
"Spit it out, Ashton, what is wrong with you? I mean was I bad in bed, didn't I satisfy you enough?" Olivia demanded as she swiftly limped from her previous position, stepping in front of Ashton. All she needed were answers and it seemed like the man had a great deal to let her know.
Ashton didn't want to make this more difficult for him or the lady, and Olivia was trying to fight with him.
"Please, honey, let us not fight, okay? besides, you we great in bed, super, and I thank you a lot for making me feel like I was in heaven," he murmured as he tried placating Olivia.
That would have worked any other day, but today, there is no way that such things would even make the slightest sense.
"Why were you crying?" She demanded as she tried avoiding the fact that Ashton had praised her for being great in bed.
"I was not crying, something just entered my eyes, and I was trying to remove it..." Ashton rumbled with the words he placed out of his mouth.
They didn't help at all, Olivia is not that naive not to know when something is wrong from right, and she felt that what they shared wasn't that Strong if she has to lie to her that much.
Olivia nodded her head an if incomprehension, and when she closed the distance between them, she raised her hands to gently place it on the lady's face.
As if changing her mind, she pushed her hands down to the man's neck as she trailed a done pattern until the level where she reached the man's hands.
"You should hold my waist some more," she said as she wielded his hands around her slender waist.
This was literally mind blowing, and Ashton felt the heat creep through his face as he quickly held Olivia's waist, and pulled her towards himself.
Olivia's sweet strawberry cologne waffled his nostrils and it was really fun to sniff a bit of her, but then, this is not the time to sniff anything from the lady, the means business with him, especially having the truth from her.
Standing on tiptoe, Olivia leaned close to Ashton's face as he made sure she had all of his attention on hers. She was now ready to spit out the words that were crossed on his chest.
"Did you know you are such a bad liar? Oh, I should look at you sincerely for once in your eyes and I will be able to tell that something is wrong with you. Now, tell me, what is the matter?" she demanded raising her brows.
Ashton's mouth dropped open, but he was fast in closing it, and as his eyes were buried in Olivia's own, he wondered how he was going to spit out such a piece of grave news to her. It might cost their relationship, and he knows that, but then, what more can he say, he wondered squinting his eyes in thoughts.
At once, the man decided to man up and push the weak emotions behind his eyes and show off the real and tough him. The truth is that ever since he met Olivia, he can not help being feeble, he can't even get a hold of his emotions and that is crazy. If they could ever tell him that a lady can wrap him around her little finger, then he would have blatantly denied it.
Well, here is he, not being able to hide his emotions from his lady. Right now, he tried gaining control over himself as that is the most important thing.
"Olivia?" he called out.
"Yes, Ashton," the lady replied noticing the change in his eye colors.
Instead of it being the light green they were minutes ago, the one she could possibly read from its expressions, they drastically changed into a shade of forest green color, and they looked cold and hard, more like they were hard and there was nothing to do about it regaining its previous hue.
Olivia's mind was drawn away from the hue when the lady spoke out his mind to her. It was kind of awkward, but then, what more can she do at this point? she wondered.
"I think you should stop worrying about me, like I said I am fine. Just that I have somethings disturbing me in my mind right now, and when I think about it, I can pass out, like seriously, it hurts so much," Ashton muttered.
He did not want to talk about betraying Olivia, th will be so much of a thing to handle right now, and she wants is to make peace with the lady, nothing more, nothing less.
As expected, the Lady's expression softened at once, and everything went on to her being tender rather than being this inquisitive like she was minutes ago.
"What is that disturbing your mind? do you mind sharing? or I should mind my business," she said as she removed her hands that had been caressing the man's cheeks.
She felt a little embarrassed with the moment, but her actions only made Ashton to feel the pang of guilt strike her like it was something else.
"Olivia? you should stop wallowing okay? I don't have anything to tell you right now," Ashton said as he removed his hands from the lady's waist as well, leaving her to walk on her own.
For a moment, he had given Olivia the impression that everything was going on well, and in the positive direction, but it was evident that she was lying to herself and creating a world that exist only in her mind.
"Wait, are you hiding anything from me? I thought we were on the same page? how on earth will you have something disturbing you in your mind and you don't want to share it with me, are you kidding me or what?" Olivia burst out as she used her hands, showing tiny movements with it from left to drought as she wondered if everything is okay.
"Don't get mad at me," Ashton spat out.
He was literally trying to keep things within reach, but it only got difficult, and complicated, more than she can actually think of.
Olivia had the urge to slap Ashton, but then, she withheld her hand, not wanting this to be a really long fight. If he was going to hurt her, then she rather stays away from him because he is not finding it funny at all.
