On a bright Wednesday morning, Michelle Williams, a pretty blonde woman, woke up in the main bedroom. She stared around the room and heard the sound of a shower in the bathroom.
Rising from her bed, Michelle went to the bathroom to see who was bathing there.
Unlocking the door, she saw her husband, Pascal Thompson, standing under the shower tap.
"Good morning, babe," she greeted him, and he looked at her like he was not the one that she had just greeted.
"Morning. How was your night?" Pascal mumbled, getting out of the shower. He grabbed a towel to cover his body, seeing that Michelle's eyes were rather glued to his c**k.
Pascal wasn't ready to have s*x with her that morning, so he stepped into the main bedroom to dry up his body.
He walked away from her view, got into his closet, and grabbed his suit.
"My night was fine," Michelle replied bashfully. She knew that her husband was the CEO of the Thompson Group, a big company in the state.
Pascal Thompson was a tall, dark-skinned man. He has a masculine figure, handsome, and he was very hardworking.
He came out of the closet, walked into the bedroom to dress up, and left for work.
"Babe, I was thinking about bringing your favorite lunch to the office today," Michelle told him, knowing that after she got married to Pascal a few months back, he told her to resign from working in his company and to stay at home as his wife.
According to Pascal, his wife isn't supposed to work.
"No need. I have a meeting today to see if I can get the deal with the Williams Corporation," Pascal said, wearing his trousers and finishing with his necktie.
"The Williams Corporation?" Michelle felt her heart skip a beat. As a 27-year-old woman, she knew she had lied to Pascal about her family. She hid the truth from him when she applied to his company. She denied that she wasn't the real Michelle Williams and told him that she doesn't know who the Williams family is.
"It's just a coincidence that I bear the same name as Michelle Williams. Her identity isn't known, and no one has her photos online," Michelle told Pascal when they first met at his office.
She couldn't tell him the truth about her real identity.
After her last messy breakup, she decided to take down all her pictures online, lock her online page, and sue any company that published an article about her.
She stayed under the radar for two years before meeting Pascal, even as she said that she wouldn't fall in love again. Michelle was swept off her feet the moment she saw Pascal, and she agreed to marry him.
Pascal's family wanted him to marry, and he introduced her to his family.
She lied that her parents were late—a big lie—just so that she wouldn't make use of her father's identity.
Michelle felt guilty telling Pascal such a lie. Things had been fine for them. Although Pascal told her that they would have a baby soon, she hasn't gotten pregnant yet, and she didn't know why.
Michelle felt guilty lying to Pascal about her family. Now, he wanted to meet her family so much and kept telling her about her father, Mr. Pedro William, the famous and wealthy billionaire in their state.
However, Michelle couldn't disclose to Pascal yet. It hung heavy in her heart, and she wanted to tell him now, but she wasn't sure how he would react to it.
Her two older brothers wanted to meet Pascal and know him better, but remembering her past relationships, how she had suffered in many of her past relationships, those men wanted her only because of her father's wealth.
Michelle fled from home and came to work at the Thompson Group, where she met Pascal Thompson, a 29-year-old business entrepreneur. They became friends then, and when she realized the Thompsons' group was suffering, with Michelle's skill and secretly pleading with her older brothers, Larry and Kenneth Williams, she was able to get Pascal to the top.
A satisfactory smile curled up Michelle's lips as she remembered the previous year when she met Pascal and believed he was the best man and the best thing to ever happen to her.
They had only gotten married three months ago, a union attended by a few guests and Pascal's family.
"Um, babe, I seriously want to come to your company and see the growth that you have made so far," Michelle said, but Pascal turned to face her as he grabbed his briefcase to leave for work.
"There won't be any need for that, Michelle. You should stay at home and rest; that's why you're my wife. I don't need you working or coming to the company again. Just stay here and take care of the house. I have to go now," Pascal hurriedly left the room, and Michelle frowned.
"Wait, babe! How about your breakfast? You cannot simply leave the house without having your breakfast," Michelle rushed out of the bedroom upstairs and went after Pascal downstairs, catching him in the living room.
"Oh! I am already late. I told you that I have a meeting with the heiress of the Williams family, and you know what that means for me today," Pascal said, smiling, and Michelle was stunned.
"The Heiress of the Williams family?" She asked him, like she was hearing double.
"Yes," Pascal pulled the living room door open and told her, "The Heiress of the Williams Corporation promised to pay a visit to my company today, and you know what that means for me. A big win for us to secure the contract."
"I..." Michelle couldn't just tell Pascal the truth now that she's the real heiress to the Williams group. "Alright, have a nice day," she said at last, and Pascal left.
"Who could be the heiress of the Williams family if not me?" Michelle pondered. "Is someone trying to impersonate me?"
She was determined to visit Pascal's company as her oldest brother, Larry, had insisted that she give him an overview of the Thompson group and how far the company's growth was after she had first helped Pascal.
According to Larry, "I need to see the company's growth, before I can sign the new deal with Pascal. You cannot trust Pascal not to change in the long run after gaining more connection and become greedy. So, I need to be sure that Pascal is managing his company affairs well, and the Thompson Group is doing well."
Michelle went back to the kitchen to prepare her breakfast alone. She looked at the diamond ring on her finger. It was given to her by Pascal. He had proposed to her and married her after a month of dating, and she did not waste any time to say yes to him.
Michelle sighed and caressed the ring. "I love you, Pascal, and I believe you wouldn't cheat on me," she said, smiling sadly and preparing her tea. She went to sit in the dining chair, placing her teacup on the tray, and on the dining table to have her breakfast.
Once she finished her breakfast, the house cleaners arrived to clean up her home.
Michelle granted them entry to do their job while she went to the bathroom upstairs to bathe. The cleaners arrived twice a week to clean the mansion. It was a standard duplex furnished with beautiful couches and painted white.
Michelle knew that her parents weren't aware of her marriage with Pascal yet. She didn't inform her brothers that she and Pascal were married. She only told her brothers that she was dating Pascal. But she knew her two older brothers went snooping.
They did their research and found out the truth that she secretly got married, and they threatened to report her to their father if she didn't show them Pascal's worth.
As they needed to be sure that Pascal loved her very much, and he entrusted his company affairs to her as well.
Entering her bathtub, Michelle bathed quickly and got out. Once she was done bathing, she came out of the bathtub and wrapped in a white towel over her body.
The sound of her phone ringing caught her attention.
"Hello, who is this?" She asked, because she didn't have the number stored in her phone.
"Hello, Michelle, guess what?" Fiona Enzo told her happily, grinning over the phone call.
Michelle sighed and asked, "What is it?"
"Well, I am going to your husband's company today to apply for the finance manager position that I told you about. I told you before that I wanted to work for Pascal as his new project manager, and you thought I was joking," Fiona said, still laughing over the phone call.
Michelle frowned, feeling dread run down her spine. She felt uncomfortable, like something was not right.
"Fiona, why must you work for Pascal? You know that I told you that I haven't told him the truth about my identity yet, and my parents don't know about him," Michelle sadly replied, as she became restless. She couldn't trust Fiona not to divulge the truth to Pascal one day, before she was able to do so.
"Don't worry. I am not going to tell your husband anything. I am only going to work there. See you later, babe," Fiona quickly ended the call, and Michelle frowned.
"Why do I not feel okay about this? Why must Fiona work for my husband? Something isn't right," Michelle murmured, but she went to her closet to grab the pair of clothes that she wanted to wear to visit Pascal's office.
Donning a light blue dress, Michelle smiled and set off to the kitchen.
She trusts Pascal and decided not to get trouble by Fiona's insistence to work for him.
Fiona's father was a security man in Michelle's father's company. And because of her friendship with Fiona, and her father's generosity, he sponsored Fiona Enzo to the university, since he knew that Fiona and his daughter were friends.
Michelle knew that everyone would think that Fiona was her father's daughter. But Fiona was only one of the many children that her father, Mr. Pedro William, has helped.
Sighing, Michelle went to her kitchen and prepared lunch. The cleaners were done cleaning up the house.
"Madam. We are done," the two cleaners told Michelle. They saw her step downstairs, and before she went to the kitchen.
"Alright. Take care and see you both on Saturday," Michelle said, and they happily left the house.
She sighed and went back to the kitchen to finish preparing the delicious meal that she wanted to take to the Thompson Group. Then she set it in a lunch bag and prepared to deliver it at Pascal's office.
