After Secretary Moito worked hard when the first day of the Generals' Applications, he was given a 3-day break.
Because the tasks he did that day did not only amount to all the Commanders' tasks but also 3 days worth of work, for him at least since the Queen and the Commanders weren't supposed to be working that time, so he doesn't need to do that amount of work.
Hence he was given 3-day break.

I RARELY HAVE ANY BREAKS AND I WAS GIVEN 3 DAYS TO REST? HERE I THOUGHT I WAS NOT WORKING ENOUGH YESTERDAY.
He's currently at his home, he woke up late to return all of the energy he lost by always overworking every day.
A quarter of the day resting gave him that, but he has 2 more days to burn by taking a break.
