The Manager of the Commander's Application asked,

SO WE ARE ADDING SCRULK, COMMANDER?

Repertoire answered, confidently,

YES! HE SAID HE WILL, HE WAS UNMOTIVATED AT FIRST, BUT I KNOW HE CAN DO IT!

Queen Saiki also said,

I ALSO ADDED MY SISTER BEFORE I FORGET, SHE SAID SHE WOULD JOIN, I DO NOT LIKE THE IDEA OF MY SISTER JOINING, BUT IT IS HER DECISION, NOT MINE.

The Manager agreeing, asking Repertoire again,

XHERAVA IS OLD ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE LEVEL OF WORK THAT WE ARE DOING I ASSUME SHE WILL, WHAT I AM WORRIED ABOUT IS SCRULK, WILL HE BE FINE, COMMANDER?

Repertoire proudly claims, explaining to them his answer,

YES! OF COURSE, HE WILL, THAT IS WHY I REQUESTED TO TAKE A 5-DAY BREAK, I WILL TRAIN HIM, BUT DO NOT WORRY, I WILL NOT TELL HIM THE TRIALS WE PUT IN THE APPLICATION! I KNOW TO DO THAT MUCH, BESIDES, IT WILL BE BORING IF I DID TELL HIM WHAT THEY ARE, RIGHT? I WILL JUST TRAIN HIM LIKE USUAL, I AM HIS TEACHER SO I KNOW THAT MUCH.

Queen Saiki responded to that,

I WANT TO DO THAT AS WELL, BUT I MIGHT ACCIDENTALLY TELL XHERAVA ABOUT THE TRIALS AND ALL THAT, THOUGH I SAY THAT, NOW THAT I AM THE QUEEN NOW, I DO NOT HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD WITH HER ANYMORE.

Repertoire cheered for her,

THAT IS ALRIGHT, YOUR MAJESTY, MAYBE JUST DO THE BARE MINIMUM OF WHAT I AM DOING, TEACH HER SOME FIGHTING STYLES AND THE SUCH.

Queen Saiki thought, worried,

I KNOW XHERAVA IS STRONG ENOUGH AND SMART ENOUGH TO NOT NEED ONE, BUT I CAN NOT HELP BUT WORRY FOR HER IN THIS APPLICATION.

Surgon thought, listening to the side,

I AM AMAZED HE MANAGED TO GET HIS REQUEST FOR A 5-DAY BREAK FROM HER MAJESTY LIKE THAT, WELL, HE HAS NOT BEEN DOING ANY BREAKS EVER SINCE HE BECAME A COMMANDER, SO THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED.

The next week arrived after the castle received the invitation from the Nation of Existence Unite about the World Leader's Gathering, Repertoire returned to Scrulk's training grounds, to start the training for the Commander's Application.

Repertoire then entered Scrulk's training grounds, calling him,

SCRULK! LET US BEGIN!

Scrulk looked over at his entry, replying, whining

I really don't want to do this, I'm too meager enough to join this application, I don't even know if I'm strong enough to do so, Sir Repertoire...

Repertoire thought to his whining, asking himself,

NO WAY, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT MY MENTALITY WAS WHEN I ENTERED THE COMMANDER'S APPLICATION BEFORE, IS THIS NOT A COINCIDENCE I EXPECTED?

He didn't expect to hear this from Scrulk, Repertoire was as whining as Scrulk back when he applied for Commander, though back then, he is whining to his father.

But for someone like Scrulk to complain, who is as strong as Xherava, probably stronger, he hasn't seen his own capabilities since he always holds back.

Repertoire then responded to his whining, he then went to his side,

YOU CAN DO THIS! I BELIEVE IN YOU, HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF JUST FOR A WEEK SINCE YOU ONLY GET A DAY FOR THIS APPLICATION, YOU CANNOT ABSOLUTELY MISS THIS, BUT! FIRST THINGS FIRST! LET US GET YOU TO SHAPE, YOU HAVE BEEN INDOORS, YOU NEED PHYSICAL TRAINING, GO STRETCH UP FIRST OR DO A JOG AROUND.

And so, Scrulk's training for the Commander's Application.

Since Repertoire isn't allowed to tell Scrulk about the trials and examinations that the Application will do, he just trains his physical capabilities, dark power, and his magic powers as well since he is a Demonoid.

His first training is obviously the physical capabilities, Repertoire didn't only train his physique, but also how to use that physique, though he had to train his physique first before that, at least to what he is cordial with.

Repertoire gave him an adequate training regime to follow, sufficient enough for his current build since he needs to equalize his muscles and shape with his height, he's as tall as Repertoire's shoulders, and Repertoire is the tallest Demon in the kingdom castle.

Repertoire then motivated him, shouting,

COME ON! PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT! IF I SEE YOU DROP THAT THING IT IS AN ANOTHER HOUR!

Scrulk responded, shouting back,

How can I!? I don't feel my back anymore!

Scrulk is currently lifting a giant stone pillar above his head, arms straight up, legs apart, and his back is straight.

The pillar is as big as him and as heavy as him, Repertoire knows because he lifted Scrulk before, he estimated his weight and requested a pillar as tall and as heavy as him to some of the builders that he knows.

Repertoire replied, answering,

JUST BEAR WITH IT, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER, I HAVE LUNCH WITH ME, HOLD THAT THING FOR ANOTHER HOUR, WE WILL EAT, AND TO BE FAIR, I WILL NOT EAT UNTIL YOU ARE DONE.

Though Scrulk dropped the Pillar 3 times halfway, so he have to do it 3 more hours, but his suffering ends there.

Repertoire then called Scrulk after he's done,

SCRULK, THE STOPWATCH ENDED, YOU CAN DROP THAT NOW, LET US EAT NOW.

Scrulk then didn't drop the pillar, instead, he slowly put it down to not break the pillar, he has dropped the pillar a few times now, so he thought he'd rather put it down safely.

They then ate lunch, despite 3 or more hours late.

Repertoire told him while eating, complimenting him as he asks him,

YOU SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE, YOU DID NOT DROP THE PILLAR BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED, YOU PUT IT DOWN SLOWLY BECAUSE YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT THE THING, AND SECOND IT IS BECAUSE YOU CAN, OR AM I WRONG?

Scrulk responded, answering, asking him as well,

You aren't wrong there, Sir Repertoire, I did think that, I feel like now that I don't feel weighted about it, I can just slowly put it down, though why that training, Sir Repertoire?

Repertoire replied, answering,

SIMPLE, THAT WAS THE KIND OF TRAINING MY FATHER GAVE ME BEFORE WHEN I BEGAN TRAINING FOR THE GENERAL'S APPLICATION, IT WAS TOUGHER THAN THIS BECAUSE HE WOULD HAVE ME LIFT TWO OF THAT, BUT SINCE THAT WILL NOT BE EQUAL TO YOUR CURRENT PHYSIQUE I DECIDED AGAINST IT, I EVEN HAVE IT HERE.

Repertoire then took out the other pillar.

Repertoire then continued what he's saying,

MY BODY WAS ALREADY REFINED BEFORE THAT, THAT IS WHY I CAN WORK ON TWO OF THESE, MY LIFE BACK THEN WAS SHTTY, THAT IS WHY RIGHT NOW, I AM TITLED AS THE TOUGHEST DEMON TO EVER LIVE.

Scrulk then thought,

It must've been tough, his life before he became a Commander or probably even a General, I don't have the same experience, but I also experienced something bad as well.

Scrulk then stood up after he was done with his lunch, all Demons don't have any complications with their appendix like humans because they don't have one, so Scrulk took the second pillar and the first one on the other ground, and lifted them both.

Showing off to Repertoire.

Repertoire thought, amazed,

YOW!

He told him, suggesting,

IF YOU CAN DO THAT, THEN LET US HAVE THAT AS A SPECIAL TRAINING, THEN?

Scrulk responded, regretting,

I showed this off thinking you'd reduce my training...

He then put the two pillars down on the ground after that.

Repertoire replied, explaining to him,

OH, DO NOT WORRY, WE ARE NOT DOING THAT NOW BECAUSE WE ARE MOVING ON TO A NEW TRAINING, I WILL HAVE YOU DO SOME COMBATTING THIS TIME, I CANNOT ALWAYS HAVE YOU TRAIN PHYSICALLY, YOU HAVE TO ALSO BE GOOD AT COMBAT, SO LET US START, I WILL BE SPARRING WITH YOU, FIRSTLY, NO WEAPONS.

Repertoire then stood up and go in front of Scrulk, Scrulk followed him and went up to his front.

Scrulk said, informing him,

I'm not good at close combat, Sir Repertoire, before, maybe, but it's been so long since I fight without any weapon.

Repertoire responded,

THAT IS FINE, SO LONG AS YOU CAN LAND A HIT IN MY HEAD, WHEREVER SO LONG AS YOU HIT ME ONE TIME IN MY HEAD, EITHER IN MY FACE OR ON MY TEMPLE.

Scrulk thought, asking himself

Doesn't that sound like cocky words? I may not be able to defeat him in an actual fight, but I can still do that much, I am versatile, not like I'm overconfident about it since this fight depends if he is fast.

Scrulk and Repertoire then went to fighting pose, though only Scrulk did since Repertoire doesn't need to, he just has to defend his head, and he is fast and tough enough to do so.

They then began the sparring, Repertoire is just shoving Scrulk away without any effort because his strength is 3 times more than Scrulk, and he's faster than him as well.

Scrulk thought, asking himself,

He's ridiculously fast, he's definitely not gonna let me hit his head, and he's also not gonna let me stop this spar until I hit his head, how can I win this?

And so the sparring lasted for many hours, just as he thought, Repertoire won't stop this sparring until Scrulk hit his head.

Queen Saiki is currently with some of the Council to complete the requirements of the NEU's World Leader's Gathering event that is upcoming.

Queen Saiki told the Council, explaining to them as well,

I AM GONNA BE NEEDING YOUR HELP, I NEED ALL OF THESE TASKS TO BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY TO ALL OF US HERE IN THE CASTLE, I HAVE ALREADY REMOVED THOSE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY DONE, I ALSO FINISHED THEIR PROOF FILES OF THEM, TO CONFIRM THEIR COMPLETION AS WELL, THERE ARE OBVIOUSLY SOME THAT WE DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE SINCE THERE IS NO POINT, LIKE THE CHURCH, AND ALSO THE SHRINE THINGS AND ALL, WE HAVE MEMORIAL BUT WE ARE NOT INCLUDING THEM SINCE THEY ARE DIFFERENT.

She distributed copies of the requirements that she revised last night, the others pass the copies over to the others that are far.

A Council asks her,

ARE WE GONNA BE DOING ONE OR MORE? I WOULD PREFER US TO DO MORE THAN ONE TO MAKE THIS QUICK.

Another Council counters his question,

BUT IF WE DO MORE THAN ONE WE WILL BE BURDENED TO DO OUR DAILY WORK IN THE KINGDOM, I CAN ONLY FREE UP A FEW HOURS IN MY SCHEDULE SINCE I CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS MY LUNCH, WHICH IS CRUCIAL TO OUR CLAN.

The others complained as well, but it is not as if Queen Saiki doesn't have any solution for this.

Queen Saiki then responded to their concerns, suggesting,

I UNDERSTAND, YOUR CONCERNS ARE BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOT OF DUTIES IN THE KINGDOM, LIKE TAXES, MANAGING ESTABLISHMENTS, POPULATION COUNTING, GUILD REGULATIONS, AND MANY MORE, BUT IT IS NOT AS IF WE CANNOT TRIM THE WORKLOAD DOWN AS LOW AS POSSIBLE, LET US LIST OUT THE THINGS WE DO NOT NEED TO DO RIGHT NOW.

She then took out her blackboard to list out the tasks they are currently working on before the NEU's invitation came in.

A new Council member asked the Queen,

WILL WE TAKE ALL DAY TO LIST OUT ALL THE TASKS WE ARE CURRENTLY DOING?

Queen Saiki replied, answering,

WHAT, NEOPHYTE, YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE?

They then began listing the tasks they are currently doing in the kingdom, before the NEU's invitation, and after it, and they managed to list out about 200 tasks, but they removed 50 to increase the work hour to finish the requirements.

After 6 hours have passed, they finished the meeting, with the requirements that they need to finish, they have 2 to 3 tasks per head, Queen Saiki have 4.

She also has the tasks that the Commanders and the Generals need to complete in the requirements.

Queen Saiki and the Council then left the meeting room after they are done, they all went back to their houses.

Queen Saiki went to where Xherava is currently at, to pick her up since Queen Saiki is earlier than her.

After she entered the office where Xherava is, she called her, asking,

XHERAVA, ARE YOU DONE?

Xherava replied, answering,

WE ARE ALMOST DONE, WAIT FOR ME OUTSIDE, PLEASE.

Queen Saiki then went out to wait for Xherava outside.

A new General asked Xherava before she leaves,

IS THAT THE QUEEN!? I HAVE NOT MET HER IN PERSON, BUT I DID NOT EXPECT TO SEE HER FIRST TIME, IN CASUAL CLOTHES TOO.

Xherava then replied, answering,

YES, SHE IS MY SISTER TOO, THAT IS WHY SHE CAN ALSO WEAR CASUAL CLOTHES BECAUSE SHE HAS A NORMAL LIFE, JUST LIKE YOU DO.

He then responded to her answer, asking her,

I KNOW THAT MUCH, I DID NOT READ HER ARTICLE BEFORE FOR ANYTHING, I ALSO READ HER BOOK TOO, "ME AND MY SISTER'S OLD LIFE", IF I AM RIGHT? SO THAT BOOK WAS YOU AND HER'S?

Xherava answered,

YES, ANYWAY, I WILL BE LEAVING NOW, MY SHIFT IS DONE, I WILL SEE YOU LATER, BIG MAN.

He said, replying.

HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, MISS XHERAVA.

Xherava then left the office she was in and met up with Queen Saiki outside the office.

She called, leading the way back home,

SISTER, LET US GO HOME.

Queen Saiki says as she follows her,

AFTER YOU.

They then went back home afterward.

Xherava asked Queen Saiki as they are on the way,

WHY ARE YOU IN YOUR CASUAL CLOTHES? I AM JUST CURIOUS...

Queen Saiki answered her,

WHY NOT? PLEASE, DO NOT MIND ME, I JUST WANT TO WEAR CLOTHES LIKE THIS, IT REMINDS US OF OUR OLD DAYS WHEN WE CANNOT AFFORD LUXURIOUS CLOTHES, IT IS NOT AS IF THIS IS NOT ONE, IT IS CLOSE, BUT THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE CASUAL CLOTHES.

Xherava thought to her answer, asking herself,

WHY NOW? WHAT IS THE OCCASION? WAIT, I THINK I KNOW THAT KIND OF CLOTHES.

Xherava then responded to her answer,

I HEARD THAT CLOTHES ARE INSPIRED BY MISS VER AND SUNE'S SIMPLE CLOTHES, THEY EVEN HELP DESIGN THEM WHICH WAS A NICE GESTURE.

Queen Saiki thought to her response,

RIGHT, I DID ORDER THIS FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT THAT THE SHADOW COUNTRY BUILT IN THE KINGDOM, IT WAS NICE TO KNOW THAT, BUT ALL AND ALL, THE CLOTHES THAT ARE SOLD THERE TARGET A FEW OF THE ONES THAT COLLECT HIDDEN GEM.

After a few minutes of talking and walking back from the General's building, they returned home.

Xherava asked Queen Saiki after they got home,

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO EAT TONIGHT, SISTER?

Queen Saiki answered,

I WILL HELP COOK, I WILL LET YOU CHOOSE WHAT WE CAN EAT TONIGHT, I ALWAYS CHOOSE THEM BEFORE, SO YOU KNOW WHAT I CAN EAT.

They then began cooking, it only took them a few minutes to finish cooking them since they decided to cook few dishes tonight.

They then served the food on the table and begin eating.

Xherava said, praising the food they ate,

I LOVE THIS FOOD!

Queen Saiki responded, agreeing with her,

WHO DOES NOT? THIS IS AMAZING.
