The caller seemed to know the answer already and continued, “Energy conservation is the eternal law of the universe. The strange force in your body is called Essence Energy. It decreases when you use it, but it can be replenished through Cultivation.”
“How do I cultivate it?” Ethan pressed.
“The method is already stored in your mind. Between heaven and earth, Vital Essence exists everywhere. Through Cultivation, you can absorb it and convert it into Essence Energy.
“Oh, and in the beginning, your body won’t be able to sense Vital Essence directly. You’ll need to channel your power into your eyes—only then will you see it.”
