Steve watched as Jade ate, wanting to make sure she got enough to help restore some of the energy she"d spent the night before. He was worried about what had happened in Nick"s office, but only because it was odd. He"d never heard of anything like it, but then he"d never heard of anyone going from being a loner to a clan healer, either. He suspected her hearing the clan like she had, was because of the position she"d accepted.
When Jade filled her plate for the third time, he quit worrying about her eating enough. She"d already out eaten him, though she was so caught up in conversation, she didn"t seem to notice.
"So, now that you"re officially our healer, I have a couple people I"d like you to meet. To see if there"s anything you can do for them." Rebecca said.
