Chapter Five

453 Words
Later that night the two teenage girls where sprawled out along Julians bed, with a bowl of popcorn between the two of them, as they brainstormed away to cover all bases with her fake boyfriend story to get Oliver off her trail, and so Sam was writing down every idea they had in one of Julian's many journals for song lyrics she had come up with. The brunette rolled over onto her stomach, while swinging her legs boredly as the two girls came up on a blank on a very important topic, and that was photographic proof. “Juli we could just use..” “Samantha. Im not using his picture, end of discussion. He was a cruel, and demented man who I had never had the ‘pleasure’ of meeting on this earth.” Julian cut off Sam, in a serious, yet abrupt tone seeing as Sam was going to bring up her ex, and the brunette didn’t want to have any memories of the man who abused her for a year. Sam let out a sigh, she hadn't meant to bring up bad memories for the brunette but what else were they to do? Photoshop her, and a guy together? Okay sounded easy, but neither of the two girls knew how to do that. The brunette sent her best friend a look of apology, as she opened her mouth. “Sammy i’m sorry..I know your only trying to help me, and I guess if it comes down to it...we can use his picture if it comes down it.” The blonde haired teen smiled softly at the brunette, as she picked up the others phone, and began to search through her pictures searching for a cute photo of the oh so messed up couple. Sam had to scroll passed several photos where her sister from another mista had bruises along her neck, cuts along her face, or a slight black eye until she found a picture of them before her ex had become abusive, and she set it as Juli’s home screen. Much to Julians displeasure she kept the photo where it was, and they continued on. “So would I just tell them about how Jason..and I met, or would you like to make up a fake story? Either way is fine, I don’t the Jason I originally met, but i hate the abusive side of him.” Julians tone almost sounded a mixture between sad, and enraged as she was trapped inside her own mind. The brunette was captive in her own mind, forced to relive the horrible memories, and a few escaped her glassy eyes rolling down her cheeks.
