Chapter 38"Is there anywhere you want us to go?" Ace asked.
"There is if you don"t mind." Arya replied.
Ace pulled out of the parking lot. He was surprised when Arya told him where she wanted to go. He hadn"t been there in ages. He went there in the early days when Arya left, but it got too painful so he stopped going.
"I haven"t been there in a while." He said.
It wasn"t a long drive. They saw the shimmering lake. It still looked pretty full. He parked by some trees so they could walk to the shore.
"This was our spot," Arya said more to herself then Ace, but he heard her anyway.
He slipped his hand into hers and squeezed.
"I didn"t ask you to come her for that Ace." Arya said.
Ace barked out a laugh, "I think we"re both too old for that now." Though, it was fun when they did.
