7 “You got everything you need?” asked Morgan. “I think so.” I placed my father’s satchel inside the hard shell of a suitcase. I usually traveled with only the soft pack, but ley line travel could sometimes end with a person waist deep in waters, and I didn't want my things to take an unnecessary bath. “Wish I were going with you,” said Morgan. I shook my head. “That did not go so well the last time we went off on an adventure together.” She scowled, but I noted it wasn’t at me.
