"alright sir" she giggled clinging to his one arm. That gesture made me a bit jealous

"Didn't you come to the cafe for something?" He asked. He was clearly not interested as he pulled his arm out of her hold.

"Just came to hang out with my friends" she said in all smiles.

Great...she isn't leaving anytime soon.

"Urm.... Rebecca you care for some coffee?" He asked kindly ignoring the 3 bimbos around.

"Yeah sure" I said casually.

"Alright" He stood up swiftly.

"I also want coffee" Natalie added.

But Zander didn't give an answer. He ignored her balantly and walked to the ordering desk. His act sneak a small smile to my lips.

"But Natalie, you don't like coffee" Elisa said looking confused at Natalie.

"Shut up Elisa" she reprimanded and turned to me with a glare.

"So this is what you are up to, following teachers around...how petty can you be?" She sneered disgustingly.

I only rolled my eyes uninterested. I just realized how annoying she really is. Back then, I somehow envied her...she was a cheerleader, queen bee with a sonorous voice. She was as popular as Andre and I think they dated before or still dating... I was nowhere compared to where she was in the social ladder in the school. She was somehow a bully too but not as how "deadly" Andre's own was. Nevertheless I liked been unnoticed unlike Courtney who worships the ground she walks in. Former me would have been scared of being on her enemy list, New me don't care.

"Stay away from our English teacher you slut" she retorts again hoping to get a word from me. Saying anything would only implicate me as regrading going unnoticed even though that's impossible now, but I just settled for an eye roll again...at least it saves on Monday gossip from being too dragged out or exaggerated.

As if to save me from more insult and future eye rolls, my phone vibrated. It was from Zander.

"Fountain" it read.

"Excuse me" I said getting up and leaving the boot. " And oh, when Zander comes, tell him I left" I turned and walked out of the cafe not wanting to see the caked bimbo again.

As I stepped out into the open park, fresh air hits my face and a small smile played on my lips, I felt a bit proud.... Standing up to people I consider Inferior to was my greatest feat in my first life... I would cower in fear at the sight of them and obey their every word for fear of what they would do to me if I disobeyed. One of them being Natalie and her disciples, I wasn't afraid or scared of her, I was simply irritated. If only it was the same for Andre. If only I can stand up to him..if only I can feel irritated by him not fear. I would have to work on that.

I neared the fountain and there he was at the ice cream stand.

"Ice cream?"

"Sure"

Paying for the ice creams he collected one and gave me the other.

"That was an interesting way to disappear from unwanted people" I acknowledged as i tasted the savouring goodness of the ice in my hand.

He laughed, "also noted to pick a place a little far from town next time"

"Next time?"

"Off course next time.... You don't really talked to me though at school so...."

"And be the next talked about thing in school, oh please" I drawled out sarcastically. We were walking now out of the park and into a quiet street with less people.

"Hashtag lonely girl hooks on hot teacher, hashtag student teacher scandal, hashtag love romance between desperate girl and handsome teacher, oh pleasssseee" I drawl out again causing him to be hysterical.

" What? Where is all this coming from? We are only talking, a normal student teacher relationship"

" Tell that to the lovesick girls swooning over you, trust me I know this school, didn't come on a rebirth to act dumb and surprised. It's only a miracle if on Monday isn't anything close to the hashtag I spoke of"

" Hmmmm... didn't know you were not on the swooning team" he said with a smirk...

I rolled my eyes " cocky much? Must you use every time you get to hit on me? For a teacher you sure don't act like one" I said feigning irritation and trying so hard to conceal the smile forming at my lips.

"Only to the prettiest girl I have ever seen" he said with that husky voice that made my knees grow weak. He drew closer, his eyes trained on me hungrily, his Ice cream on one hand and his other hand slowly sneaking his way round my waist.

The only sound heard where chirping birds and waving trees. I trembled at his touch and my eyes refused to leave his face; his beautiful eyes and puffy lips.

He pulled me closer, my chest pressing against his torso, the impart making my icecream slip out of my hold and falling splat on the ground.

"Oh no, my icecream, look at what you did" I whined staring at the melting ice cream on the road.

Zander unbelievable laughed at my whining face. How dare he? Still engulfed in his laughing trance, I reached out and knocked off his ice cream from his hands causing it to fall flat on the ground like mine.

"Ha ha" I mocked, laughing too, he had stopped laughing now.

"What the hell? Why did you do that?" He questioned in mock anger.

"That will teach you not to laugh at my misery" I said with a sweet smile. I moved away from the close proximity we were and started walking nonchalantly.

"And I was about to give you mine, issh...your loss" he said walking a bit faster to catch up with me.

I ignored him for a while as we both walked together.

"Why did you want to see me?, any update? Have you figured out a way against Andre?" I asked seriously now.

Something told me the coming week was going to be big. I somehow had an inkling of what is going to happen.

"Yes... I have been following them closely and unnoticed and I have able to gather once unbelievable truth" he said looking at me as if he wasn't sure of saying it.

"I think Andre and his friends are not humans"

"what do you mean by that?"

"I mean they are supernatural beings. Rebecca they are werewolves"

Hello lovely people, do you miss me?

First off what do you think about this chapter?

For old readers sake....this is still Rebecca... I changed the name to rebirth and werewolves in a bid to make it more eye catching. So don't get confused.

School has been hectic for me, February has been chaotic for me, reading, classes, practicals and now my exams is started this month. I have tried covering large area of topics in the 9 courses I'm taking this semester in the space of one month. It has not been easy honestly. But it is what it is.

I had to forfeit the rebirth contest I made this book for. I couldn't reach the 30,000 word count because of how busy I have been. I'm still thinking of forfeiting the others too, like the young adult and the l***q contest. I'm still going to write on the genre but not for the contest cause I don't think I can keep up with time and all. I hope you understand.

Hopefully this month might be better, I hope.

Also I apologise for any typo or grammar error. I will edit my books once it's completed. So bear with me.

Good news: Rebirth and werewolves are in the process of get signed officially. So excited.
