The first morning of that forced vacation began with the smell of wet soil and a pair of rubber boots placed in front of Leonardo's feet. Albert Kingsley was already standing on the porch in his usual flannel shirt, staring at his son-in-law while donning a thin smile. "Come on, Leo. Follow Father around. They said you wanted to learn to help," Albert invited casually. Like it or not, Leo wore those boots.
