Tiara's POV
I reached my chambers to find Nina so I could help her escape. My body was a bit relaxed but my mind was a whirlwind of thoughts.
While my head kept spinning, a hollow of emptiness seemed to grow in my chest. The fact that I won't be seeing Alpha Nicholas for days, beat me hard inside.
The door of my chamber was bolted from inside when I reached there and had tried to push in.
“ Nina” I said, knocking at the door slightly.
The door handle turned slowly, and was accompanied by the clicking of the door's bolts. The door parted halfway and Nina tucked her head out, concealing the rest of her body.
“ Tiara,” She said, a little surprised. “ What took you forever?”
I walked inside the chambers with just the little space Nina provided at the door.
