I .ooked at my watch once again as I waited in the car with Hal, o e of my personal guards. Dale and Charlie was in the lobby as I requested them to be until her shift was over.
Esme, was supposed to the accompany me to the meeting, but I remembered car rides made her feel sick so I told her to stay here and just answer calls and relax some. I growled and opened the car door a d got out.
I opened up the mind-link and searched for both Charlie and Dale's tether but it was silent. Worry ate at me because I felt her anxiety for a few fleeting moments and a bit of stomach pain, but like the tether to her guards, hers was also silent.
