When we enter the office he suddenly dropped me to the floor.

"ack!" I touch my butt due to the pain

"ouch" I whispered and watched Reign with anger in my eyes. I cursed him under my breath.

He just smirked at me and sit on the chair opposite to me.

" Oh! Reign what a surprise! You should have told me that you're coming I ---" my father was interrupt when Reign raised his hand indicating that he need stop talking now.

" No need for that, I am just here for Allice" he said " any news of her?" he asked.

"ahh, How about drink some tea Mr. Lavaste" stepmom suddenly changed the topic

" Hey Lhea! Go and get some tea!" she said while grinning at me, and pretending to help me to stand but her grip was so tight. I pretend nothing happens.

" I don't want to drink some tea made by a low ranked person like her," he said while watching me.

Father and stepmom both looked at each other.

He took out a brown envelope and place it in the table. Father take it and open it. They were so shocked.

" She's in London with another guy" he added "And you know that I don't want to lose my face in my wedding"

I don't know what he's thinking but I bet he's planning bad. I looked away to avoid his gaze.

" What is it Mr. Lavaste? " my father asked back. I looked at father. I know why they are eager to let Allice marry him because of money. How cruel. How could a parent like them exist in this world? I hold my tear not to fall.

" Well, since you have two daughters. How about replacing her temporarily for our wedding" and pointed at me.

" Wait this is absurd! you can't just randomly pick me for replacement! " I don't to marry him, he's a demon. He mistreat girls except Allice.

When Reign take his leave and go to his car.

Stepmom drag me to the basement.
