Chapter 11: Jealous

Onyx's POV
It's been three damn weeks. And this guy named Chad is getting on my last nerve. He's been stealing Alex away from me during weekends. Them talking more to each other at lunch. And so much more. I can't stand him. I know he's trying to take Alex away from me. Make him his. But I can't let him do it. And today is Friday and I'll get to Alex before him.
I smirk to myself as I see Alex and no Chad around. "Hey." I said and Alex looked my way and blushed then waved.
Then he slammed his locker closed and turned the other way.
Wait. What?!
Chad was behind the damn door. I should of known. I glared. I stomped my way over there.
"Sup."he said looking at me.
"Don't sup me." I say and Alex looks upset.
"Onyx don't be rude." Alex said.
"Whatever." I say rolling my eyes and Alex ignores me then looks back at Chad.
"So what were you saying." Alex said smiling.
"I was saying-" Chad started.
"Alex we need to talk." I said and Alex looked at me like I was crazy.
"Yeah?"he said.
"Alone." I said glancing at Chad.
"Now?" Alex asked.
"Now." I snapped making Alex jump.
"O-Okay."he said looking down. "Chad I'll call you later."he said and Chad shrugged and walked off. "What is it Onyx?"he said glaring at me.
Excuse me. But I don't like your attitude. Sorry but maybe the mix of Reed and Cadee Reed isn't good because I was gonna blow.
"Chad is trying to take you from me." I say and Alex laughs.
"Is this what this is all about?" Alex asked laughing.
"It's not funny." I snapped and he looked at me then shook his head.
"You worry too much. Besides you don't need to be jealous."he said with a small smile.
"I'm serious." I said.
"I am too."he said.
And I glared at him. "Don't call him." I said.
"What?!"he said shocked.
"I said don't call him. Don't text, talk, walk, or even hang out with him." I said and he looked at me with widen eyes.
"You can't tell me what to do."he said. "You don't own me."he snapped.
"Yes I do." I said and I regretted the words that left my mouth.
He slanted his eyes at me. "Onyx your being a pain in the ass."he said and before he walked past me. "You being jealous isn't cute."he said and left.
I felt dumbfounded. I'm such an i***t. I walked the other way.
Alex's POV
I don't see why Onyx is acting like this. I mean I'm his boyfriend. I finally have a friend. Can't he be happy for me?
When I got home my mom was cooking and dad was on the couch watching sports.
"Hi dad, mom!" I yell.
"Hi boy."dad said grinning.
"Hi sweetie."mom said coming to me with an apron on.
Once I got to my room and had my homework you I called Chad. Chad and I talked about the dance that was coming.
"So did Onyx ask ya yet?"he asked.
"No." I said rolling my eyes. "I think I'm gonna give him some air so he can calm down." I said.
And then on Monday well see.
"Oh does that mean your available?"he asked.
"What's that suppose to mean?" I ask as I write an answer to a problem.
"Will you go to the dance with me?"he asked.
"Oh we can go to the dance all together." I said grinning. "You, me, and On-" I started to say.
"No."he said. "Just you and me."he said.
"Huh?" I say.
"Xander."he said.
"What?" I say.
"I like you."he said.
"I know, I do too." I said smiling.
"No Xander."he said sighing. "I mean-"he started to say but Onyx came into my room.
"Wha-What are you doing here?" I say with my face flushed. He looked at me then he glared at my phone. "I'll call you back." I said quickly.
"Wait Xand-"he started to say but I hung up.
"Onyx I-" I started to say but he picked me up. "What are you doing?!" I yell as he carries me down the stairs.
"He's spending the night at my house! We got a team project!"he yells at my parents before closing the door behind us. He carries me all the way to his home.
"Hi Onyx and Ale- What the hell?" I heard his daddy say.
"Well be up stairs studying don't bother us." Onyx said taking me up the stairs.
"How many lies are you gonna tell today." I say through clenched teeth.
"Shut up and enjoy the view."he said.
"What view?" I said and realized his ass was in my view.
I flushed. This was a nice view.
"Now your queit."he said and my face heated up and I looked away. He started laughing. He threw me onto his bed.
"Wha-What are you doing?" I say flustered.
He only smirks and looks down at me.
