Chapter 13: Possessive or Protective

Alex's pov

"I don't like him." Onyx said as I closed my locker.

"I know." I said turing to face him and he slammed his lips on me hungrily. I kissed back and he started to rub my buldge but we got interrupted.

"In the halls? Really?"a voice said and we pulled back and I flushed while Onyx glared.

"Hi to you too Chadwick." Onyx said.

"It's Chad." Chad said slanting his eyes at Onyx then he grinned at me. "Let's go to class Alex."he said grabbing my arm.

"Who the hell said I wasn't gonna walk him?" Onyx snapped and I rolled my eyes.

"We can go together. " I said but I was ignored.

"Who said you were?" Chad said glaring.

"Can we all just get along." I said smiling.

"But out of this, I can handle it." Onyx said.

I glared at Onyx. "How about I just but out of everything then." I said then grabbed Chad's hand. I turned to Chad. "Let's go." I said and Chad grinned then glanced at Onyx grinning more.

Onyx growled and I turned to walk away.

"Alex you can't do this." Onyx said frowning and I opened my mouth to respond.

"Come on, let's go before we're late." Chad said dragging me as he ran.

Onyx's POV

That asshole just took Alex. All day today Chad took Alex away from me every chance he got. It was finally the end of the day. I saw Chad talking to Alex at his locker as I got closer I froze.

"He's just a bit possessive...too possessive." Alex said sighing.

My heart shattered.....I wasn't trying to be it's just...

"Well what are you going to do about it?" Chad asked as Alex closed his locker.

"Maybe a break-" he said and I snapped.

"A break?" I said a bit loud as I walked over startling Alex.

"Li-Listen Onyx I-" Alex began to say.

"Save it. Bye." I said and turned away leaving Alex.

At home

I was crying in my pillow.

A break?....No.....breaks usually lead to break ups.

"Uh Onyx." I heard Taylor say knocking on my door.

"Go away!" I yelled then buried my fave more in the pillow.

I have the right to be jealous and I'm just being protective.....Chad is trying to take him away.....Can't he see?

I heard my door open and I looked up and over to my left. Taylor frowned then closed the door. He walked over and sat down on the bed.

"Daddy is worried...you haven't came down to eat dinner." Taylor said as I sniffled.

"I'll eat when I wanna eat." I said and he sighed.

"Bro what's wrong?" he asked.

"Nothing." I mumbled and Taylor laid his head on my back.

"Please tell me." he said and I wiped my eyes.

"Alex is talking about a break...." I said and Taylor frowned.

"Just like Justin?" he asked and I sat up quickly.

"N-No....it can't go that way." I said and then I heard the door bell.

"Onyx! Someone is here to see you!" Daddy yelled.

Taylor pat my back before I got up and headed down the stairs. Alex was there and I froze. His eyes met mine.

"Onyx can we please talke....I want to explain." Alex said and daddy glanced at Alex then me.

"I'll leave you two alone." Daddy said going up the stairs.

I flopped down on the couch. Alex closed the door gently before walking over. He glanced by the seat by me. But I guess he decided to stand. He looked down playing with his fingers.

"I didn't mean a break in that way." he said.

"What kind of break did you mean then?" I asked as I could feel anger boiling inside me.
