Today has been one of the strangest days of my life. I spent my time with Everett, trying to forget about what was about to happen tonight. No matter how I tried to distract myself though, there was a constant pit in my stomach; a nagging feeling of dread that just wouldn’t go away. When Lawrence arrived to wire me up, it all became too real to ignore any longer. I made sure to wear a thick jumper that would hide the wire well. Lawrence assured me that the sound would still be clear. I have never felt so nervous in my life. As I pack my bag for this “sleepover”, I try to think of what I am going to say to Jamie.
