A couple days later school was approaching again, and I couldn't wait. I just needed to be drowned in work so I can get my mind away from the unnecessary things such as David East, who I haven't seen or heard from since the day at his condo. I got up earlier than usual and showered, curled my hair, did my makeup, and picked out a super cute outfit.
After that I went downstairs to put my shoes on and Alexis was leaning over the trash can. "What's wrong?"
She sighed deeply. "I feel soooo sick." She groaned.
"Well go to the toilet." I told her. "Why the trash can?"
She looked at me. "I clogged up the toilet already if you don't want me to puke in the sink this is my only option."
I thought for a moment. "'Maybe the beach made you sick." I said. "Or something you ate?"
She shrugged. "I'm going to the hospital, I've been feeling like this for awhile."
I grabbed my keys off the counter and put my pink adidas on. "Okay, tell me how it goes." I said before I left out.
*
""No Starbucks for me huh?" Asia asked closing her locker.
I laughed lightly sipping my drink. "Sorry." I said. "I'll think about you next time."
"Yeah yeah whatever. You always think about yourself." She huffed. "Just like how you left Panama in the middle of the night without telling anyone." She said with a look on her face.
I sighed. "I said sorry a million times can we get over that?"
"It's fine I don't even wanna talk about it." We began walking to class. "You know Natalie is looking for you."
I raised my eyebrow. "Natalie Jackson?" She nodded. "Why? We rarely know eachother."
She shrugged. "I don't know she just asked if I seen you. Maybe it's nothing, but it did seem urgent."

At lunch, I warmed up my Chipotle at the microwave and heard someone calling me from behind. "Morgan!" I turned around and it was Natalie. "I've been meaning to talk to you."
"Uh hey. What's up?" I asked.
She looked around, there was people waiting in line at the microwave. "Can you guys give us a sec?"
"Come on were trying to warm our food!" Someone groaned.
"It'll just be for a second I promise!" She said. "I'll hold your spots." The three people walked away and she looked at me. "I know we don't really talk and I don't think this is my place but, I just don't want to see you get hurt if it hasn't happened already."
"What do you mean?" I grabbed my Chipotle out the microwave and grabbed my spoon.
"Dave, how is he?"
"Why don't you ask him?" I asked. What was this girls motive? Coming up to me about a guy that I'm trying to get rid of!
She sighed. "Morgan....I know how Dave can be. He's my cousin." She said seriously. "And he's dangerous."
I stayed silent, cousin? Maybe that's why he was at her party. How come he never told me?
"Look I know I'm probably the last person you want to try to give you advice or something because we really don't know eachother that well." She explained. "But he's not right Morgan."
"I've been with Dave for months why are you just now telling me this?"
"I just didn't feel like it's my place like I said before. But you're a sweet girl, and he doesn't deserve a girl like you. You don't deserve to go through that."
Go through what?" I asked, I wanted to know what this girl knew.
She sighed. "Come on Morgan. You can't fake it with me I've been around Dave since birth, but I've been keeping my distance. Along with majority of our family." She looked around to make sure no one was listening. "His last girlfriend, is dead. How? Nobody knows. But everyone has a feeling he had something to do with her death."
"Wait what? Why does everyone think that?" Now I was confused and shocked.
"Because she was last seen with him and they were in an argument." She sighed deeply. "They even have a baby girl together, that my mother takes care of."
I was speechless. Dave killed his ex girlfriend and also has a baby. I felt a tear forming and my lip quiver. "How can I believe you?" I asked. "I barely know you! You came up to me randomly probably just trying to start some s**t! Cause I know you and Nikki are friends maybe you're trying to ruin-"
"Come over after school." She said in a serious tone. "Kairi will be there."
After school, I followed Natalie to her home. I was kind of scared hoping it was all a lie. But the way Natalie was looking it seemed as if she had no reason to lie, we pulled up into her driveway and she got out her car and I got out of mine. I followed her to her front door and she opened it. "Mom I'm home!" She called out. "And I have a friend over."
We went upstairs and there was a door closed with the letters K A I R I on it in pink letters. She opened the door and there was a little girl who looked about two years old. She stood up and had a huge smile on her face. "Nana!"
"Hey Kairi." Natalie smiled, she picked her up and kissed her forehead. "This is Morgan, my friend."
Kairi looked at me but stayed silent, I looked at her back. She did kind of have Dave's features. But I've never heard of her before. I looked at Natalie, "I still find this hard to believe."
"Why?" She put Kairi down. "Why would I put you through all this trouble for nothing?"
I shrugged. "I-I-I don't know. I just have a hard time believing this."
Before she could respond there was someone coming up the stairs, "Nat honey Dave is here to see Kairi." We turned around and there stood Dave and Natalie's mother.
I stared at Dave and he stared back at me in shock. I shed a tear and looked at Natalie. "Excuse me. I should get going." I said before sliding pass everyone and out the door. I started up my car and left while shedding tears. I don't know why I'm crying, I wanted to leave Dave anyway. It's just that he has a whole ass baby that he kept from me, and he could have possibly killed his babymother. He could be even more dangerous than I thought.
