Ruby let out a deep sigh, feeling tired of waiting for Tyrus's arrival. She wanted to do some work before heading back home. She needed to wait for his instructions, but he was nowhere around yet.
"He must be having a tough time cooking up lies," she whispered to herself as she dropped onto her desk. And the deep feeling of hatred she felt for him resurfaced.
